It needs to be cleaned very thoroughly. The very old furniture needs to be replaced. Compared to the rest of the Dutch garden and house, it leaves a lot of unwanted clutter behind.

The room itself is really small, I have to say that for the price, I expected a bit more. I felt a bit uncomfortable that the guest rooms seem to be in a building where a family lives (guessing from the photos in the hallways), though I'm not sure. The doors were not marked, so when looking for our room or the toilet, we were a bit afraid to accidentally open the wrong door and disturb someone.

Nespresso coffee machine in the room with free cups provided. The shared lounge was very cozy and had nice facilities (board games, etc). The shared outside space was also very pleasant with comfortable chairs.

No Breafast! You have to go to supermarket nearby, aprox. 600 m to buy meal. Accomodation like on hut. I can't imagine to stay here when there is winter freezing! Why booking not have sent invoice to me on e-mail after payment? Should I extra ask for that invoice?

It would have been nice to have had an actual door for the bathroom.

Lovely setting in a quiet little dyke street, a few minutes walk from Dordrecht Stadspolders railway station (and shopping centre). Comfortable and attractive apartment nicely equipped with cooking facilities, washing machine etc.

Not the easiest to find, as it's at the back of a regular house with limited signage. Make sure to make arrangements for check in time beforehand. Bathroom is connected with the room with no door or other separation, which might bother some, for us it was fine.

Very nice room, with very cosy atmosphere. Warm even though outside temps were near freezing. Host was great and showed us around. Very clean and good quality fixtures and fittings made the barn conversion feel very modern and well kept. Highly recommended as a different experience to the usual hotels.

Great location for this quirky apartment Close to supermarkets and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. 10 minutes drive into Dortecht Apartment has all you need for self catering. Parking on site Would stay again if we travel to Dortecht.

Nothing to dislike

Yes it was simple and functional Instead of a hotel stay it is nice to have privacy in the accommodation and the seating area outside. Good shower, clean kitchen with everything you need, double bed, 2 seater sofa, small table and 2 chairs, wardrobe; all you need. Secure gate Able to park car right outside the accommodation so no carrying luggage into hotels up stairs or to lifts Heleen friendly and helpful but allowing you your privacy

Although it is the second time we have been back, I found the price to be exaggerated because you have to take a shower and wait 10 minutes for the water to heat up, plus when it heats up the room makes a very disturbing noise, especially at night, and the toilet is outside, which is a nuisance for you and your neighbors if you have to go at 2 am, just the shower in the room. I think the owner should leave at least 15% for some normal things.

The owner she did not let us to put 23* on the house . And outside it was smt like 5/10 .

Everthing it was ok, excepted there are 2 dog and few cats .

We felt like family! Our hosts were so kind and accommodating. The rooms are adjacent to their private home space so the hosts are near, if needed. The location is quiet and serene, close to the city (one train stop) but a country atmosphere, including varied animals and puppies. The walk to the train station was easy; groceries, restaurants and shops are by the station. The room is cheerful and immaculate.

Usually, the owners of tourist accommodations are sociable and smile at the guests (this is very important), but unfortunately I did not notice that from the owner of the accommodation.😕 And The sound of the washing machine late at night was annoying😕 Hi,regarding Your answer, Thank you for your reply , just to clarify some things. As for my thanking you and leaving a positive comment, it is my duty to thank you just because I stayed in your property and my positive comment is actually about the cleanliness of the room, and this is true,as for the sound of the washing machine, if it is far from the room, the sound reaches at night because of the silence, and you can experience that for yourself when you sleep one night in that room and turn on the washing machine. I thank you for mentioning that there is no bin in the room because it is really important, and I hope that table paper is placed in the room for sitting and eating.
