“A wonderful place to stay with two active children – surrounded by convenient bike paths that wind picturesquely through canals and pastures, you can reach the famous Kinderdijk (the oldest windmills in the Netherlands) or charming Gouda. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with everything you need to cook dinner, and the surrounding garden is a dream: beautifully manicured greenery, a swimming pool overlooking meadows and canals, teeming with wild birds. The hosts are incredibly kind and approachable, happy to advise, but also offer plenty of freedom and privacy.”
