“The location is excellent: it takes literally 5 minutes to walk to the beach.
Staff: the staff are very responsive and try to resolve issues immediately. We had a problem with the air conditioners in two rooms. Our rooms were quickly changed to slightly more comfortable ones – for which we are especially grateful.
It was very nice that on the ground floor there were two taps with still and sparkling drinking water. It would be wonderful if this rule were introduced in all hotels.”
