Managu is a sporadic city. To someone who wants to explore the centro historio and Catedral de Managua the location is ideal. It is in a safe area also. Rooms were equipped with the good air condition much needed to the hot weather.

The neighborhood is safe, and it is definitely a place where you can take the family. The rooms are clean and huge. I had a king-size bed and a very high ceiling bedroom, which made me feel nice. My kids' room was also nice and clean. The staff were extremely helpful they speak English also a good thing. The neighborhood felt extra safe since there's cops and an army 24 hrs around the premises. Every amenities are around the corner. It felt like home away from home. Prices are reasonable. And bonus hot water.

Not a big deal, but one of the drawers in the little dresser was broken. The staff was friendly enough, but offered a little help and figuring things out that we’re needed. After sundown the hallways were kept completely dark. I had to use a flashlight if I went out of my room. We requested a two hour early check-in. We were immediately informed that it was against their policy, even though the room was available. We still showed up two hours early and sat there, and they did end up letting us go to our room. one hour before the scheduled check in. They were willing to hold onto our luggage if we wanted to drop it off, so that was nice. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience though.

Had a pretty good location for where we needed to be. Managua is pretty spread out so we still had to take the bus or taxis, wherever we needed to go. The room was spacious. I had never had, a room with air conditioning, in Nicaragua, so that was a nice treat. If I could leave a recommendation, it would be really nice to have hooks in different places around the room.

Great location, incredibly friendly staff, and centrally located with many amenities including restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Very safe neighborhood near the Casa Presidential with a local police station nearby as well.

Hotel is in a gated compound-like spot but that's fine with me. Metal front gate/padlock to enter/exit.

Hotel is off a quiet side street one block from major road, on which busses run. McDonald's is 1/2 mile while there are numerous local eateries all over the place, too. I recommend "Comedor Pena," about 3 blocks away. Outdoor tables and INEXPENSIVE with super cold beer. Pleasant staff. Very quiet hotel!

This was the second time we stayed. This time we were in a downstairs room, which was a bit tired and the air con wasn’t great. Upstairs rooms are best.

Good location for Tica Bus, feels safe for Managua. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious with air con.

The staff, including the General Manager, Eduardo and staff member, Luis, who responded to my questions before arrival, were outstanding. They did their best to ensure that my stay was wonderful. I was only here one night and therefore needed to do all that I all wanted that evening and morning. Eduardo was extremely helpful and attentive to my requests that so that I was able to visit the Masaya Volcano on my my last evening in Nicaragua. I also loved that there was hot water!!!

The staff were really nice. They helped me book a taxi for my departure to UCA. The place was clean and room was spacious. It is located a bit away from central center so it was nice and quiet. Only a few mins of walking to stores and shops.
