Sometimes requests were answered late, the food I wanted at the time wasn't available, and they wouldn't let me order from somewhere else, so the variety could be improved.

Cold water in the shower. Old airconditioning and a fan that I was afraid was going to propel itself of the ceiling ;) They have a ‘no outside food policy’ so in that case it would be nice to offer more than literally only 1 vegetarian option (a cheese tosti, which was nice).

Close to ticabus terminal. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Clean rooms.

Outdated and noisy: The hotel offers daypasses to non hotel guests. Even during the week, there were many people in and around the pool. Most of the rooms are just feet away from the pool area. The hotel bar blasts music all day long. It wasn’t a relaxing stay in my opinion. Also, the hotel is outdated. I didn’t think it was worth the price.

The on-site restaurant didn't have much of what the menu had to offer. There was a mix-up with the take-away breakfast (when you leave earlier than the service you can ask for take-away the day before). The first time I was told to collect it a night earlier, before 9pm. I did so and it went well. The second time I wanted to picked up before 9pm the night before, and the lady at reception insisted to not, telling me to pick it up at 5am the day after when I had to leave. I insisted, saying that it was strange because that's not what I'd been told before and how did earlier. She insisted, annoyed by the situation. So I ended up dropping the case... The next day at 5am my takeaway breakfast wasn't there and no-one was at reception (as I thought it would be). Please make sure that the reception staff know how things work or at least question themselves if the customer insists. I was on the other side of the street. No one was really guarding the pool. My room had view on it... I can assure you that some people were using the pool after hours making a lot of noise. I recommend asking a room with no view on the pool so that you can sleep peacefully at midnight. At the breakfast served, the portions were really small (one spoon) so I had to insist that they give me two spoons. It would be nice to have a vegetarian option for the take-away breakfast...

The district is safe for a solo woman traveler. They accepted to leave my bag at the reception before my check in for me to visit around without the heavy backpack. At the reception they speak English which can help for non-Spanish speakers (however the rest of the staff not). Two swimming pools, on-site restaurant and breakfast in this area, I am quite surprised by the price. The room and bathroom were cleaned and the ventilation worked.

Upsides : The bedroom was confortable and clean even though not as modern as advertised on the pictures. AC was very much appreciated, as well as the buffet breakfast. The staff will keep your bags if needed. The place feels very safe. Downsides : The window of the bedroom is in the corridor though which means it mostly closed. We wish the staff would have known more about the city and where to take the bus for the next destination.

Excelente location, the bed is very comfortable. Workers are friendly. Music by the pool is relaxing. Food is great. Be aware that the hotel provides lots of banquets and events and the cook provides food for both the restaurant and the banquets so while there is an event, it takes long time for your food order delivery. Parking is very limited.

They have initiated a policy of no outside foods or beverages. They demand that you purchase everything on-site at a subpar, overpriced restaurant.

Breakfast was good, not much of a variety but good. The only negative comment that I can say is that they made you buy their food and not to bring your own food. Their menu is not that great and the portion are not that big for them to have that rule of not bringing your own food to their property as other hotels. So what is the point to have a mini fridge if you can't bring food??

It's great that breakfast is included but it seems to have less on the menu than in the past, some of the hot food was cold. I enjoyed the pastries, bread and coffee but there was close to no cheese and they were not restocking the food. I was there at 7.30 and close to no other guests were eating at that time. The property needs some TLC. My room was a good deal for what I paid and I would stay again but this hotel could be really nice with some renovations. I would pay more if they would renovate! The water was off in the rooms in the morning until around 10.30 am, for several hours on Feb 11th. They never advised that it would be off and it wasn't a Managua shutdown, this had to do with pool maintenance.

The pool is nice, I didn't use it this time but I have in the past, and the wifi was excellent. The A/C was great and the hot water in the bathroom was perfect with great pressure.

While the staff is very friendly and attentive, some of the employees seem focused on things other than customer satisfaction, comfort and convenience. Possibly lack of training or just too many internal rules and regulations for visiting guests. Either way, improvement in hospitality would definitely increase visitors perception and overall ratings.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. Pool was clean, room was clean, location is verry centralized and taxis are abundant. The included breakfast is very organized and the property seems safe and secure.

Lack of TV controller for the room I stayed in and I had to park my car on the street, there was a guard but I didn't feel comfortable. Lack of hot water in the shower, it was warm but if you shower really early it could be too cold.

The airco didn't function properly (we could hardly switch it off), it seemed that a lot of (young) guests weren't spending the night, but just time at the pool for the day, which gave a bit of extra noise; restaurant food was quite pricey.

Nice hotel with pool, extensive breakfast buffet, option to dine next to the pool and to have your room cleaned.
