GreeceI had an issue regarding taxi service price and despite their wrong doing, no one ever apologised. Nearby discotheques cause noise until 06:00 am. No sound proof. Rooms could be better maintained (hair it the bath). No fridge available in the rooms. It could be an asset.
The ambience was extremely cosy and of another era, bed was nice, the pool was a great asset.

United KingdomWe had chosen hotel before a flight as Booking.com advertised it with an ‘airport shuttle’. They did not have a shuttle. They offered to book a taxi for $25. We arranged our own for $15. The first time we stayed, the bathroom for that room (no 11) was badly in need of updating.
Lovely communal areas, pool, bar, restaurant. Good food and cocktails. Located in a leafy neighbourhood, with a number of local restaurants. We stayed twice, on the second occasion our room was delightful, will small courtyard off the main room. Staff friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe bathroom window was left open before our arrival resulting in a hoard of mosquitos in our room. we probably killed over 30 mosquitos while being eaten alive. a simple screen for the bathroom window would fix this issue.
Love the gorgeous courtyard and pool to cool off in. breakfast was made to order. delightful staff was helpful in bargaining with taxis. great location next to bars and restaurants

United StatesThe complementary breakfast was average at Los Robles, and sometimes the water would go out temporarily. These were the only areas of my stay that could have been better. however, neither of these small bumps impeded my amazing stay in Managua. My fiance and I loved the vibe of this hotel!!
Hotel Los Robles has a beautifully designed setting with a very warm and wonderful staff. I had arrived in Managua at 2 a.m. from a long flight from the US, yet upon reaching this hotel by arranged taxi( which the hotel will arrange for you!) I was greeted by a hotel staff member at the gate waiting to settle me into my room. For the next few days that I spent in Los Robles the service and the beauty of the place are what I loved most!!

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Loved the décor of the hotel. Many restaurants and pubs around. Parking is on the street, but message the staff so they can keep you a spot. The pool is nice & the breakfast was really good!!! The neighbourhood felt safe for walking at nights !

GeorgiaStaff barged into the room in the morning, housekeeper was rude. Staff was not helpful, and would not want accommodate to do laundry after hours even though it was very much needed for an event. The hotel itself is nice but don’t believe it’s worth it for the cost. I am very disappointed, to say the least.
