Lovely home from home in the city centre hosted by a kind and friendly couple. They accommodated my specific requests and were genuinely helpful in all regards. Lovely ensuite room. Self serve Tea and coffee and water available.

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts that made us feel right at home. Good location, at walking distance from all main areas in the center. Rooms are simple but super clean and good value for the price. Would totally go again if I return to Leon.

The owners have a bedroom downstairs and there are three rooms upstairs. The house is well equipped, very clean, and Rodrigo helped us figure out the buses to climb Volcán Telica and reserved a shuttle for our onward journey to Granada. There is filtered water and tea/coffee upstairs for the guests. The rooms upstairs have windows and fans, which cool down the room at night. AC will cost an extra $8.

This is a lovely place to stay for anyone who is wanting a break from hotel/hostel life. Rodrigo and his wife are so welcoming and kind. Everything that you need is there (coffee, tea, cold water, a fully equipped kitchen), including information and a laundry service that is great value for money (possibly the best that I have had in my 5 weeks of travelling so far!). The location is perfect for León, I feel lucky to have booked this place.

Only two caveats are that u have to pay extra for AC and it can get quite warm in the rooms - however the fans work well. Shared bathroom has 2 doors which can be a little annoying

This is such a great place to stay! It feels like home and it’s incredibly clean! Location is fantastic, and with three rooms it hosts exactly the right amount of people. Kitchen is spacious and so well equipped. Laundry service is 5 USD for a full machine with great quality! Two people who live there are absolutely lovely!

Airbnb vibes while staying with the nicest, cutest family: Señor Rodrigo was so kind! Everything is super clean, sheets are soft, they’ll happily hold your bags if you need to do an early drop off, and location is ideal: so close to the plaza!

The owner and his wife are extremely friendly,courteous, and helpful. They respect your privacy when using communal areas. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and blender. The aircon is $8 additional per day. They have a laundry service at $5. The location is great, and it's an easy walk to the square

The A/C is 8$ per day extra on top of a price for the room which is not among the cheapest and Léon gets very hot. I would have appreciated a more reasonable fee for that.

The room was so clean and they gave us fresh towels and clean bedding each night (we stayed for 2 nights). The shared bathroom felt more like a private one and was only shared with one other room. The location was great with a short walk to the center and lots of restaurants close by. The owners were wonderful and welcoming. We had to leave at 2am for our shuttle and they kept the door open so we could leave easily.

Only drawback is the countrywide lack of hot water, not their fault… which we also didn’t mind because of the weather in Leon!

Had a wonderfully comfortable stay at this centrally located house, surprisingly quiet. Despite our short stay, daily cleaning and thoughtful touches like changing sheets and providing extra toilet paper made it special. The owners, despite the language barrier, were the real stars—sweet and kind. Grateful for this find, highly recommended

Everything was good.

Superb place to stay. The hosts are so nice and friendly. The laundry service is extraordinary. The cleaning of the rooms is perfect. Nice kitchen with all you need and free coffee and water. Great location.

We stayed in a room without AC, which for us was not a problem, but if you usually feel really hot get a room with one as they have the option as well. Leon can be quite a hot town.

The room was so comfortable and clean. Facilities were also so tidy and we enjoyed the hammock and free filtered water upstairs. The location is perfect, close to the historical centre but still in a quiet street. The host's attention was excellent, they helped us organise the volcano boarding tour and everything went smoothly.

The apartament has an excellent location and is close to Central Square. It is quiet and has everything you need since you can use the kitchen and living room too. Everything is very clean and they clean the house daily. The owners are nice and helpful.

Like many places around Central America, the drainage could be improved, e.g. the water stayed in the shower a bit more than was ideal.

Fantastic stay at a wonderful guesthouse. The owners were lovely people who look after you, offering us electrolytes when realising that my partner had stomach issues. Good location, only 5 minutes walk from the main square. Large room with good space. Airconditioning if you want it (for a bit extra per night). Good laundry service. Good kitchen. Highly recommend.

Everything was really nice. The only thing you might possibly improve is that the towels are changed more frequently. Otherwise there isn't anything that could be improved.

The apartment and the house are very clean and there is everything you need. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the Central Square with many shops nearby.

We did not like we had to leave :)

The host and his nice were super super nice, they were really caring. Even though they did not speak English ( and our Spanish is very basic) the host used translator to communicate with us which was very helpful. We also used the laundry service which was great. I would recommend to anyone going to Leon to stay at this place.

Everything was great!

calm, spacious and very comfortable accommodation. There was use of a kitchen with a lovely garden area to sit and relax. there was tes and coffee provided to help yourself all day and chilled drinking water. Everyday our room was tidied and cleaned with fresh sheets. Our laundry (at a very reasonable price) was delivered to our room smelling lovely and folded beautifully. this was a really lovely place to stay. It isn’t a place to stay if you want a party atmosphere - we loved the calm quiet environment with a central location.
