It's a very cozy boutique hotel, free from congestion. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly.

Love me everything. The hotel look really nice and luxurious, my hotel and bathroom was super spacious and modern, the restaurant & bar downstairs were excellent too. Big thanks to my waiter and chef, Pedro, for the excellent work he did for my breakfast. Loved how he used the sauce to write my name and farewell safe travels message on my plates when they were served.

The location of the hotel didn’t work for us from a sightseeing perspective.

It was a bit of a drive to the airport (30 min)

We spent one night here before flying home and it was perfect. Close to restaurants. The hotel was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Stuff was great. Especially Pedro and the other person who worked at the restaurant.

Breakfast was amazing...juice and fruit followed by an omelette with bacon. Very clean, lovely setting by the pool. Very attentive waiter who was helpful and knew our names. Excellent service.

We arrived at rush hour so approx one hour from the airport. Normal travel time 20-25mins. Taxi cost $30. Not a complaint - just info for others.

High quality independent hotel in Managua. Very comfortable with great staff. Good spot for a lay over in Managua. Arranged high quality taxi transfer to Granada ($60)

The steps to the swimming pool were missing so I found it difficult to get out! Lovely pool though Also the aircon seemed to not have a remote so had to change manually

Hotel surroundings aren't the best, did walked around and it was safe, but in contrast to the hotel is kind of off, nevertheless, location is accessible to main landmarks making moving around easy and affordable.

Overall had a great experience, rooms, facilities and service were on point. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, very well taken care of details and flavors. Our host, Pedro has amazing service skills, taking the experience above expectations.

This is the best 5 stars hotel you can find for your money. The location is great; the staff provides the highest quality of service (especially at the front desk and the restaurant); the rooms are amazing and all of them have different themes; everything was simply perfect! This hotel is better than any of the more expensive 4 and 5 stars international hotel brands in the area (Intercontinental etc.). I got a very good deal for 5 days in July 2024. Paid around $510 USD; all taxes and fees included. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at; and I have been to 42 countries already; so I know a thing or two about hotels... :-)

This place was a claiming a little oasis in the city. Starting your day with a delicious breakfast before exploring the cities is a wonderful way to begin your day. The location, service, attention to detail, the food, and other amenities were for me what I liked about Elements.
