The sign of the casa was not obvious and we were confused the first time trying to find it.

The room was spacious with many shelves to put our belongings. AC and ceiling fan work great. We enjoyed soaking in the swimming pool a lot. The shared bathroom was huge and clean. Home made meals were tasty.

Perfect location, more then perfect room size. Is on of the best accomodation in Leon. Host also very kind and good breakfast included. Parking outside is also convenient.

The closing of the front door at 10 pm after which you have to ring the bell but that process doesn’t work smoothly. The owner (Isabel) is super nice (“this is your home”), the other staff do not speak English and are a bit disengaged.

Great place! Good location, big rooms, clean, lovely pool area and hammocks, nice garden, cute hotel cat ‘Linda’, nice breakfast included, they can help you with a shuttle or tours.

I booked thinking that I had a private bathroom as the description said that it had bathroom/ shower . However this was not the case , and I later reviewed the description which further down did indicate in bracket “shared bathroom/ toilet” I needed my own bathroom and so shorten my stay . The manager was very helpful.

The property is in pleasant surroundings and fine Good breakfast. 20 minutes walk to centre .

Breakfast was mixed. The options are limited, but the food was fine. One morning a woman prepared it for us (which she did very well) and one morning a man (which prepared it not so well).

We rented three rooms for a family trip, so we had the hotel basically for ourselves (there are four rooms). So for a decent price, you basically have a private hotel, with a pool and kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and clean. One room has its own bathroom, and the other two shared one, which was fine. What we also liked is that there was always coffee ready and hot. There was also an upper terrace where you could quietly read a book, if you want.

A perfect stay. The room is large with plenty of storage, super bathroom with hot water. Pool welcome in the heat of Leon. Breakfast fine and lovely staff. Thoroughly recommend this place.

The facilities were great and the room was big with a comfortable bed. The shared bathroom was very clean, like the rest of the property. The breakfast was nice and the pool was very refreshing. They were really nice and helpful when I forgot my glasses. The only downside for me was that the laundry there was quite expensive and I when it was done I had to pay more than what they told me before.

The breakfast was simple Nicaraguan, freshly prepared, the garden was beautiful with plants, hammocks and a nice pool. Easy to reach in a few minutes the centre. The owner was very kind, helpful.

At times the staff serves local meals (and would likely prepare meals for guests if asked) and obviously needs refrig. I would not wish to get in the way of that. Not much refrig or food storage space

The breakfast was sufficient and basic. No fruit. The pool was very welcome and staff helpful in arranging transport and answering questions. Wifi was included.

Hosts make you feel very welcome. Feels like staying in someone's house. Place is kept very clean. Nice sized clean swimming pool. Great location near enough to the centre but fat enough to be away from the hussle and bussle. Very quiet at night. Nice place to stay for a few days.

There is a 6% surcharge to pay by card, maybe better to incorporate that into the price and give people a discount to pay cash, I ended up paying cash which was fine, but be prepared if you are planning on using a card. Breakfast was nice & tasty but don’t expect a feast.

A beautiful property with a very comfortable room. Very clean. Great location. Beautiful garden. The pool looked nice, we did not use it due to it being very rainy whilst we were there. They have the cutest kitten!

Nothing a genuinely lovely hotel

What a gem, this small family run hotel was amazing Cristy and her staff were so friendly and attentive, even before we arrived she arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. we loved lazing by the pool in the lovely courtyard which for most of our stay we had to ourselves. Breakfast was cooked to order, and our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The location is excellent and main square is only a 10 minute amble at most we liked it here so much that we choose to stay here an extra couple of nights rather than move to another hotel where we were joining our tour group, even though we'd already paid for that room. Case Riverstone has a lovely family feel and was so peaceful and relaxing great value for money. We can thoroughly recommend it.

They prefer payment in cash, so be prepared. Also, I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that on top of the price listed on bookings.com, they added VAT and city tax, I missed that when I booked. On the other hand, that's standard for Leon hotels listed here. Just be aware.

Beautiful little place close to the city centre, a hidden gem in a hectic city. It's very quiet and peaceful and the pool is amazing. The rooms are small but very clean and the beds are comfortable. It has a great atmosphere.

Nice pool, friendly staff, felt very homely, breakfast was great. Comfy room, clean bathroom and only sharing with one other room. Good location, 5-10 mins into the centre.
