Would be a 10/10 besides the lack of AC even with the fan on full blast the heat at night was pretty brutal, but that's just April in Managua also so.

The location is perfect just a 10 minute walk over to the airport. I walked around the gated community the night before looking for somewhere to eat and it was super safe, residential area. The lady running it was very nice and her dog is adorable. Perfect for a quick night stay before my flight.

Violeta goes out of her way with kindness and care. She was very sweet and patiently helped me and waited with me for a taxi on the day I departed for Ometepe. Her home is spotless although no ac. Easy walk in the daytime from the airport even as a solo traveler.

Road Traffic early in the morning

The host was very nice and very helpful.Violeta picked me up at the airport in the evening and the day after organise a taxi for me to go to a bus terminal. The room was simple but nice and there was no need to use a fan, as just having the window opened i got fresh air during the night. The location closed to the airport is a plus, if you arrive late or leave early.

It is very hot inside the house, so it’s not the most comfortable. Works for a night but not really a place to stay longer.

There’s nothing around there to eat, especially once the sun goes down.

It’s a place to sleep and shower before/after a flight in Managua… it does the job for cheap. Walking distance to the airport. Violeta was very kind.

There's not much around, 2 gas stations and a couple of roadside comedors, I just used it as an opportunity to catch up on all my series instead of going out

The distance to the airport, the woman were very nice, clean, comfortable room. 15 minutes to the airport and very safe to walk at 3am. Honestly didn't hear much street noise like other people said, just the water tank outside the room went off sometimes if someone used the toilet. Good WiFi, very pleasant for 1 night

I had the little single room on the first floor and it was super hot and one can't open the windows because there was no mosquito screens. Solution: Don't book this room unless you were like me, out in less than 10 hours. Also, it would have been nice if she had a fridge that people can put their water in the "receiving area" by the garage instead of in her kitchen that would be locked after 9pm. How about some filtered water as well? :) Too much expectation? Nah, you're doing business, after all.

Everyone stays here for 1 reason only: the proximity to Managua airport. So for a short time, less than 24 or even 12 hours, this place does just that. Good enough bed, clean enough shower (a walk from my room), one towel, reasonable enough price. Violetta is a nice older lady who tries to help but this is an enterprise that cranks out 1-night stays on regular basis. Even that, one expects a bit more. Safe neighborhood and Nicaragua overall is safe and people are nice, just sayin'.

I will never be ok with the ice cold showers. My room was ok but it was very small. A small lamp by the bed so you can read would be nice.

It's very close to the airport so that makes it convenient for catching your flight. It's clean and quiet. The lady is very nice

The room was very hot, the fan helped, but there was an airco unit, but it did not seem to work. The water in the shower was lukewarm.

I announce my arrival before the check-in. When I went to leave my luggage, I didn't feel welcome. The host didn't help me with information and was annoyed to lend me the WC. Once I came back, after the check-in hour her attitude totally changed.

It is well located if you have to catch an early flight. You can walk to the airport.

No top sheet provided on the bed and was slightly confused as I booked a twin room single occupancy but I was sharing with someone else. That is probably me understanding wrong, I thought single occupancy meant having the room to myself.

two suggestions for improvement: paint "casa114" on the wall so travelers can easily recognize the building. and equip the rooms with mosquito nets

Located in a middle-class gated community with good vibes. Within safe walking distance from the airport, even in the dark. A place to eat and small stores are nearby. Friendly staff. Good value/money ratio

Neighbors dog baking all night long must have ear plug. The room was really hot (high temperature) with no A/C.
