The parking garage entrance can be a bit small if driving a huge vehicle. But, having a parking garage in the hotel is a huge plus! I'm looking forward till my next vacation to go back to cacique!

Great service 24-7 attentive personnel! Will definatelly come back again! Rooms are huge with queen/king size beds! This hotels beats those expensive others hotels by miles and for half the price! This hotel is located within walking distance to all the top attractions and restaurants! Highly recommend for the great experience when visiting leon and its wonders.

This hotel has a fantastic location, a beautiful pool area where we enjoyed hanging out when it was super hot, a nice big breakfast and the rooms were big and more like small apartments with balconies/terrace. We loved our stay here.

Lovely gardens and pool, spend the extra for pool view room. Garage parking. Breakfast is ok, we have had better quality and variety elsewhere in Nicaragua. And the pool area lounge chairs are always put away—would be much easier for guests if they were set up (they’re wooden and heavy). Location is quiet. Hot water shower!

The hotel is not fancy, but it is very comfortable, green, and the staff is wonderful. The breakfast was outstanding. In addition it is very walkable to the main plaza and numerous restaurants in Leon.

After 3 weeks in Nicaragua, I can honestly say that the price is on the high side, especially for solo travelers. All said, if you swim, you might want a place with a nice pool.

It was my first place in Nicaragua so I wanted something nice after a long travel and this place delivered. Got an apt, nice balcony. Didn't use the kitchen except for making hot water (tea) and coffee. Appreciated the fridge. The bedroom is actually small to move around in - kept my luggage in the living room. Nice pool (with deep end) that you can actually swim laps. Very clean. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Solid breakfast but it might get redundant.

The breakfast was buffet style but you could order custom cooked eggs and hot sides. The pool is quite big and the area is very pleasant to relax in.

One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in on our travels though Central America, staff professional and helpful. The breakfast was good and the rooms large with good aircon also the bed was comfortable and shower hot with good water pressure. Swimming pool large and set in nice environment. Worth getting a room with a balcony so you can had your own outside space

wifi was lacking (mostly no / low signal in rooms) and my partner needed to work which is the whole reason i paid for a suit. there were empty meeting rooms with A/C on the ground level that we weren’t allowed to use for no reason.

The hotel was immaculately maintained. It had a very tropical feel and the staff were friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised with the apartment I stayed in, it had everything I needed and my private outside terrace was perfect for relaxing in. The pool is huge and again very well kept and maintained. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem in Leon.

Staff very nice, the picture that you see from the place do not describe very well how the hotel actually is. We were about to decide for another hotel just because the bed picture didn’t look good but reality was that the bed are actually better than The picture.

The service was amazing. The last day was raining very hard and our train was leaving in the late afternoon. They allowed us to stay until we had to go so that we wouldnt be soaking wet with all our backpacks.
