CanadaMy only issue is with the gym. There was no disinfectant spray or towels to wipe down the machines / equipment after use, which is really unhygienic. This would be so easy to fix. (Not even any hand sanitizer). Also no mats for stretching, so if you want to stretch, you have to lay on the floor. Hopefully they will remedy this :(
Excellent stay here! Very clean, nice room, snacks / drinks / small amenities available for sale at the front desk, delicious cookie upon arrival, good restaurant, a ton of choices in the included breakfast, nice pool, helpful and professional staff.

United StatesThe room cards need to be programmed many times due to being closed to my cellphone, which has to be going back to the lobby. Other than that, I don't have any more issues.
Double Tree by Hilton is the best, I have stayed a couple of times and always love it. The service is super beds are comfortable showers always have hot water, pool is clean.

The pool is incredible. The breakfast is incredible. The staff was super friendly and even greeted me by name when I entered. This is my favorite hotel in the country.

SlovakiaReception hold deposit in value of the stay. Because we are using only debit cards, take some 7 - 10 days to get our money back. I didn't like, they don't mention this at booking.com page, they are facing you with this by check in, They don't provide any kind of shower gel or shampoo, which comes to me as standard in accomodation of this price range.
Nice, clean, good location, superb swimming pool. Nice breakfast and super Kyoto restaurant in the house.

United KingdomBreakfast was ok, selection was good, just tasted a bit bland. Location wise is hard to comment as whilst there was nothing walkable, the city seemed so sprawled I’m not sure there is such a thing as a good location in Managua!
Staff are lovely, pool was nice, rooms were clean and 24hr gym. All what you’d expect from a Hilton.
