Their room service/restaurant phone operator was rude. She ended up taking the wrong order, and they refused to refund my money. On the day I was checking, I requested for the refund but they coerced me to spend the money on something else instead of getting my money back. I didn't have a choice but confirm. I didn't like that. Also their breakfast buffet options were super limited, boring and bland.

I like the size of the room. The front desk staff were really nice, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good place for a young lady travelling along for work.

Everything . In most Abuja hotels , this particular room is one of the most comfortable and large rooms .. the building even after two years has maintained its originality . It’s my new favorite hotel .

Fridge goes off when you leave the room and thus stops cooling what you have put inside. Find ways to minimize the filtering of noise between adjoining rooms.

Good value for money, generally neat, good breakfast for its standard, good meal.

Unstable Internet and very limited breakfast choices and space. I also negotiated for a late checkout by 2pm which was agreed before I arrived. After paying and checking in, the request was suddenly rescinded but I was given grace till 1pm. Breach of trust I would say.

Very neat place and well maintained. Beautiful and comfortable room. I'm impressed by how neat and beautiful my room was. Had a good sleep.

I didn't like that the room service guy has to come knocking on my door to ask if he could clean. When a guest wants room cleaned, the front desk would be informed.

The location was good. Rooms and internal environment were neat. Brakefast was a bit below standard, but it can be improved on. Well equipped gym.

THE MABUSHI LOCATION! NOT TOO FAR FROM MAITAMA THOUGH BUT THIS IS MY FIRST TIME OF EVER STAYING OUT OF WUSE 2, GARKI, MAITAMA OR ASOKORO HOTELS.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. AMBIENCE VERY NICE. SPANKING NEW HOTEL. THE POOL AND POOL BAR. THE ROOMS ARE QUITE SPACIOUS AND VERY NICE.

The staff, unfriendly, often times I greet them they would ignore. Breakfast was terrible and often ended before the time i was given. The bathroom had a weird sewage smell too.

The only good thing about this place is the location

The accommodation is excellent, and I appreciate the place, with its great staff and pleasant atmosphere: a nice breakfast and a lot of variety in the hotel.

My room was close to the bar and not sound proof so the DJ playing did not allow me sleep and gave me a migraine. I had to go complain to have my room changed and their internet was out so I had to use my mobile data for the online course I had that day. The breakfast was limited in options and cold

No smart tv in my room and breakfast can’t be served in the room.. I feel it should be served in rooms for those that can’t or don’t wanna come out to the restaurant, at least for an additional charge for room services

It’s clean, cozy and comfortable room, The gym and the pool, awesome staffs and easy to locate the property.

I loved everything please.

The ambiance, the facilities, cleanliness, peace and quiet. The area was very nice and private. Pool very clean and top notch. It was very easy to get bolt rides to wherever and from wherever. Then the staff, so polite and chill. Trust me, there is no better choice.
