Lift did not work. Water didn't run hot but they fixed it. Lights were very bright and no softer options.

Turned down the first offer but the second was pretty good. Clean. Smell nice.

Some of the amenities in the room such as A/C, need servicing as mine could not be controlled with a remotely, and the other was dropping water on the floor constantly.

I liked the location, the staffs were polite and always ready to assist when needed. The beds are soft and comfortable.

Cramped bathroom. Damaged furniture. To get help was difficult. Leaking toilet. TV had issues connecting to the net. Basic needs such as toiletries, plates, cups and cutlery were not provided. It was hard to get anything. They kept my deposit for over 24hours. I had to call to get it back.

The room was a complete mess. The rugs were filthy, the sofas were stained, and mosquitoes filled the room because of a torn net. It was an unpleasant and unacceptable experience, with rooms clearly unkept and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the stay.

I did not stay here but this property left my family and I stranded in Lagos on one of the busiest nights. They canceled our reservation just three hours before our arrival, sending a condescending message to inform us. I had booked the stay five days in advance, and I received their cancellation message while I was landing at 9:44 AM. I spoke to Afolabi multiple times during this process. Despite the cancellation, the property remained listed as available on the site. It seems they showed little regard for bookings made through this platform and sold all their rooms and apartments offline, which appears to be their typical practice. The pictures may look appealing, but I advise potential guests to book at their own risk, as this property will likely let you down.

Our stay was not pleasant. We faced lot of issues like Electricity, water, Toilet everything was issue. It is not a properly managed apartment it is just a Renting place. Kindly consider not to stay by seeing the picture where the furnishings is attractive. After complying the problem to booking. Com they even don’t help me on anything. They have broken toilet. AC making sound power cut is often no toiletries, no plug points near the bed or near anywhere. No side table or a table in one of the room. Next time give space to upload a video then you can identify the problem what we face..

Some projects were still under construction in the opposite building and pool area. But it's not a bother at all

We really had a great time. service was great and exceptional. We had a private chef and house keeper to ourselves during our whole stay, I never had that experience before, we were treated like royalties. Very good value for the money spent. We will definitely come back.
