The security getting into the estate where the property is located were overzealous. Room was smaller than expected. Leakage from air conditioning wasn’t satisfactorily resolved.

How it took 3 hours for them to get back about food that was finished. The fact it states on booking.com that you get breakfast included but only one person was allowed breakfast. must of missed that when I booked for 2 people as it only says breakfast included not breakfast included for 1 person.

I enjoyed how friendly the staff were and clean the place was.

It's a nice experience,I love there stuff they are very friendly and respectful. Only that they need to adjust on there breakfast Am disappointed in the breakfast anyways. They actually make it up to me before I left.

Wifi is really irritating and the intermittent water supply and TV was difficult to work consistently.

Most of the staff were pleasant and polite. The bed linen were superb!

The toilet in the bathroom wasn’t clean (mold), the water pressure of the shower faucet was off and there was also water leaking in the bathroom. In short, the hotel needs a renovation

I didn’t like that there was nothing you could do around other than within the hotel so in that sense, the location wasn’t as great as the breakfast wasn’t consistently nice every day but was still very nice to have

At first I didn’t like the room, but they are given to me because things were working and I didn’t feel like it satisfied my needs however, the room that was upgraded was absolutely beautiful and the staff are very helpful and to help making it a pleasurable stay for me The location was amazing as well There is a gym is open all day there’s a restaurant and a ball and a little leisure area. The hotel was very comfortable and lovely. The showers were powerful. The TV was working on the Wi-Fi or strong but sometimes disconnected. Peter was absolutely amazing and helpful. The cleaners that attended to the rooms was so wonderful and trustworthy. This is definitely a property that I will book again

breakfast was ok, the first few days however, I had a very bad experience with breakfast on Sunday morning. I was sick the entire day. I had the vegetable sauce and fried potatoes; I was throwing up and stooling all day long. had to place a call to my brother to get me some antibiotics. it was a bad situation.

The restaurant menu was very limited and didn't offer much diversity. This also applies to the breakfast. The water supply was not always consistent and was salty often which made it impossible to drink or use it to make coffee or tea unless you didn't mind the weird taste. Even though this water situation would be known to the management they only provide 1 500ml bottle of water in the room. They should consider putting at least 2 bottles of water in the room especially since the tap water is not drinkable and cannot be used to make coffee or tea most times.

Safe and secure neighborhood in a central location in Ikoyi which makes easily accessible to the island and mainland Lagos. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always available to assist. There is a supermarket on the premises which makes it easy to get some basic conveniences. All round great value for money

The bathroom in my room was flooded after I had a bath all the way into the room but they promptly fixed this by changing our room.

Location and security was great, staff was polite and always available to help out. Complimentary breakfast was a plus and the hotel is generally clean and I loved the fact they had a shopping mart just outside the hotel.
