Paying was hectic and almost led to cancellation. For clients from abroad, PayPal is only means of payment accepted by the property’s managers. Apparently, locals can do bank transfer. Payments from my USD card/account was rejected by PayPal although the former deducted a dollar after each of the four failed attempts. It took me about 2 hours after arrival to be allowed into the apartment because of the payment issues. USD cash was only accepted as last a resort. Guests should be allowed to pay to booking.com as part of reservation. Mattress is very strong, obviously not of best quality. Hard to peacefully sleep. Water from taps was often dirty, obviously not the fault of the managers. No deliberate effort to clean the apartment for the 3 days I spent there although I understand that the scheduled cleaning was on Christmas day but I requested for change of beddings and towel in the evening of Christmas day and was told they weren’t available. No hangers in the wardrobe. I understand it’s a furnished apartment and not a hotel but I expected bathing soap to provided.

Location is great. Apartment is spacious and clean. Receptionists and cleaners were polite and helpful.

Electricity and wifi going off intermittently

The floor towel in the bathroom was tiny. It did nothing.

I liked the fact that it had a balcony.

Unfortunately the apartment is not well kept, for the location and the building it’s in, it should be well maintained because it’s a gem. The bathroom had black mold. The sheets and pillow cases had some stains.

The location great, most restaurants and nightclubs, lounges are within a few minutes of the place. The building is calm, secure and beautiful. The place had an iron, fridge, TV, balcony, lots of storage space.

1. The cleaning policy. They clean the apartments after 2 days. It will be great if they clean the apartments daily. 2. Lack of an Intercom in the apartment. For convenience and emergencies, there should be a phone in the apartments.

I liked the ambiance and location.

The environment was horrible , we couldn’t even look out of the balcony as the surrounding was a refuse dump.

For the price point, they could do better with cleanliness. The toilet drains emitted such a foul odour, the whole apartment would smell bad due to this issue. This is easily solved by decontamination. The white towels were brownish , kitchen sponge had seen better days.

The location was perfect and ideal. Good proximity to the most popular art galleries and shopping districts. The apartments were large and kitchen was well equipped.

The view from the backyard balcony overlooks a public drainage with filth and people openly defecation in the drain. The noise from the diesel fuel generator from the property behind the balcony is unbearably noisy during the night

- No hot water - Alexa (unplugged them all) - Fancy tech door lock could get annoying at times - keep it simple!

- Could pay with international card - Excellent view - Spacious, lots of natural light - Very well furnished - Great staff
