However, the only downside was when the Generator comes on. If you want a full on quiet time, it might pose as a problem. But it is really a Nigerian issue.

Everyone was professional and calm. I liked the space as well. It was also clean and looked better in reality than even pictures. They also had all amenities working. Literally had a calming stay

Probably useful to have some bigger sized pots for cooking guests, otherwise it was a nice stay and I will definitely recommend it

Mosquito and flies due to an opening underneath the door. Rooms on the ground floor. Service was slow, especially cleaning and repair service.

Some basic things was not provided such as toilet brush! The swing chair by the pool side is dangerous and not fit for use Food orders takes too long

It appears the water pressure at the topmost floor drops a bit. I had to call a few times for pumping so that I can enjoy a pressured shower and they always responded swiftly.

The aesthetics were better than what was shown on bookings.com. Dstv, Netflix, prime etc were all available. Fantastic internet. Fantastic receptionist and the cleaners are very good at their jobs. Prices from the bar are surprisingly & reasonable affordable. Is it the security guards and standby Mopol @ night? I can’t complain at all. I’ll do another one soon. I needed a home away from home and you gave me that. Thank you

Jotani Living exceeded my expectations, the welcome was so warm and professional. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The customer service was superb, never experienced any like it in Nigeria. The rooms were clean and on point. The food was so sweet, my daughter placed several orders. We didn’t like the choice of fragrance for the rooms it was just too strong so we felt the lack of fresh air, specially in the bedroom with small window Long waiting time approx 1hour for food to be served (first order your food and while waiting get ready to go outside) Missing hangers for towels in bathroom and floor-mat

Locations was good relatively close to the attractions we wanted to visit (Nike gallery is just 7min drive by car, 20min to Lekki conservation centre (unfortunately closed during our stay :/ ), 22min to Landmark beach) Constant electricity The apartment felt safe Noise is low (apart of one night with party in the next building, but it was still manageable considering we are in Nigeria) Nice polite staff :) 24/7 reception and restaurant Swimming pool to rest and chill after busy day in Lagos Good Tv entertainment subscriptions (Netflix, YouTube) The food is good (we enjoyed the egg sauce with jam and others) Hairdryer in bathroom
