Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I liked everything but I think the hotel should also have things like Men/lady care products for emergency purposes

Staff were a little excessive with their guarding. They also locked us out by 12am so if you have late activities to get back in might be an issue

I absolutely didn’t like the meal, it was horrible and very expensive. It was the most salty food I’ve ever tasted in my life and even with my hunger I struggled and couldn’t finish the meal.

I made a reservation on booking. Com only for the hotel to cancel and not reserve a room keeping me stranded. Not cool. Reservation should be honoured and if room not available it shouldn't appear on the website.
It's a clean place no doubt as I have stayed there before. Great proximity to the airport etc.

The workers who stays at the back of my window is quite noisy.
The manager is the main reason for staying there. She’s wonderful. The receptionist are always nice and responsible. The hotel is located in a safety street. It is a wonderful place to stay.

The internet didn't cover the whole room so I had to sit in specific places (room 102). The complimentary breakfast is only one meal decided by the hotel. 1st day was spaghetti, 2nd day was tuna sandwich. A zero consideration for vegetarians and others. Portion sizes are decided by the hotel. You take it or leave it so it was as good as no breakfast. The room was good for non office activities as there was no table and chair to use my laptop. The table and chair was more like relaxation and tea. It's in a neighborhood a bit distant from the main highway but not a hassle for me.
It was close to the airport. It was neat. Serene environment except for intermittent external noises from staff. Good food in the restaurant.

I had to wait almost 1 hour for my booking confirmation. It was a horrible experience because I was very tired. Also, the breakfast was for one person, even when I booked for two... aside from these two issues, my stay was good.
The location, the room is big, the closeness to the airport. The staff were the beat. The staff, the facilities, the room size is a 10/10.
