Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff sleeping on the sofa in the reception on night duty. That doesn’t make sense to me

Elevator was not working. They must improve the lighting in the hallways. It looks lonely at night. But apart from that so far this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting Abuja again.
First thing is customer service. The staff are so accommodating especially Susan from the reception. I love their English breakfast and the it was for 2 so my husband was able to order his own Nigerian dish. I love the location, walking distance to Shawarma depot and the supermarket and salon. Its also a plus that they have the infinity pool that shows a view of the city.

I wish they will fix the lift quicker and the towels are due for change
I absolutely love the location, the spacious rooms and breakfast. The hotel is a great value for money as well. The location works for me as it is close to the two golf courses I play at

I think they need to have more options for the breakfast as it was boring at a point. They can do a buffet instead so people can have choices to choose from. Also, they need to be more hygienic, change towels if possible.
I loved the environment, it was very calm and serene. I enjoyed my stay.

A nice place great view from the pool side
Just stop kids from moving about. And the pool side was a mess due to kids roaming and swimming harshly spraying water when one is seated by the corner. Noise from kids. Not bad but could be managed

Lighting in bathroom and room was too dark Bath towels looking too old Irregular breakfast: Most times breakfast was only one option either: noodles or yam and egg sauce. No buffet option. Sometimes was told an option wasn’t available as staff had gone to market to shop, found that quite unprofessional and disappointing

No buffet, budget breakfast, was given tea/coffee on a need-basis, couldn’t request more than a plate. Next morning there was no yam to fry and was told staff had gone to market, I had to order the only other option which was noodles The bed also was too soft and gave me back ache Distance is a bit off the center of town

The room is starting to have some wear and tear on the doors and wardrobes which should be looked into. Food is a bit pricey and a standard new list needs to created instead of having the restaurant coming up to your room with the food menu tablet that needs to be charged before use. Also the taste of the food is ok but needs to be improved on for how great the hotel already is. There was no complimentary breakfast for two. Just one person. Which is not great for the value of the room and portioning of the complimentary breakfast needs to be looked into.
I liked the room we stayed in. It was very spacious and the ambience was good. The price on booking.com and my Genius discount was considered and utilised. That is a major thumbs up. Rooms were squirky clean and sheets too. The staff especially were very helpful, dutiful and extremely nice. Location is on point not far from Asokoro the new bubbling space in Abuja.
