Exceptional stay – peaceful, convenient, and great value! From start to finish, communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making the whole process stress-free. The check-in experience was excellent — quick, easy, and well-coordinated. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a lovely kitchen that had everything we needed for preparing meals. The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. One of the highlights was the peaceful environment — the place is incredibly quiet and secure, which gave us a strong sense of safety and relaxation. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected during the stay. The location is also a big plus — close to all the essential amenities, including shops, and restaurants . For the quality and comfort provided, it’s truly great value for money. I would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient stay.

Everything was in place, and surely for the value, there is nothing not to like.

Personalized welcome messages, place was very clean and need, area is very quiet and complex is very safe and secured. Host was always in communication regarding any concerns. Booking in the apartment was a piece of cake because all instructions were well communicated

No plugs in the bedroom. Apart from that -All was great!

I loved the place. Simple enough to find, even though it's in a nice hidden place. There was no noise; it was serene; well managed and clean. The place is huge and very spacious. I read some of the reviews and was dreading the "stairs" - honestly 2 flights was nothing - I laughed when I saw the famous stairs.

Very modern, clean, bonus washing machine and five minutes drive from city centre perfect location for a quite peacefull stay, will defnitly stay there again.

Bed is a little small, only a double and not a queen size and there are no plugs in the room.

Nazly was very friendly and accommodating, she assisted us immediately with all our queries. Would recommend this venue to everyone and will definitely book it again. Opening the sliding doors in the lounge brings a nice cool draft into the apartment and the facilities and bathroom and superb.

The flat is very clean, well located in a cul-de sac- , therefore not at all busy. The personal welcome note was a great touch. Flat has everything you require for a short stay. I would stay there again.

Like my own apartment, fully furnished. About a 20 minute walk from a shopping center. Good parking. Nice Cafe / breakfast place, Krisjans, close by. View over a cemetery so dead quiet.

Just a pity the outside staircase (to access the room) is poorly built. Very uneven and not user-friendly. Be very cautious when using it.

This apartment has no lift with 4 flights of stairs if your bags are heavy. There's no Aircon in the living room so be prepared to be warm in the summer. They are pretty strict on the 10am checkout btw! There's space for a dining table in the living room but only on the balcony which is not great when the mosquitoes are around

5 minutes walk to the shopping centre, this second floor apartment has great security and a parking place if you are driving. It has a great balcony with morning sunshine and a generous lounge, well fitted kitchen with washing machine and terrestrial TV. THE bedroom has plenty of cupboards. The shower has good water pressure and temperature. The bedroom Aircon is effective.

There aren't too many stairs, but note that there are two flights of stairs to reach the unit and no elevator. There is also no pedestrian gate to enter the complex, so you have to walk through the car gate.

The unit is very spacious, clean, and in a cul-de-sac at the end of a quiet street. The view does look out over a cemetery, but it wasn't as creepy as I thought it might be. The unit had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen where we were able to cook meals. Having the washer and drying rack was also a nice bonus. The wifi was reliable for multiple devices and the host is kind and responsive. The location is a ~12 minute walk to a nearby mall (and most of it is a bit of an uphill walk), and if you don't want to walk, they have the number for Dial A Cab in the room. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Windhoek.

The stairs ruined it all for me. I am afraid of heights and could not move freely. This means I went up once and came down once daily. There is a bar in the vicinity, you hear it all the way from the room. The balcony in the room overlooks a graveyard, this makes it weird to sit and relax there.

The apartment is nice and comfortable. Easy checkin process process as well.

A Positive Experience Despite Initial Hiccups During our recent stay, we found ourselves in need of laundry facilities. Unfortunately, the washing machine was out of order and leaked, causing some initial inconvenience. We promptly reported the issue to the staff, and I must commend the helpfulness of the receptionist who assisted us during this situation. What truly impressed us was the resolution process that followed. While there was an attempt to attribute the malfunction to the use of the wrong washing powder, we were able to provide concrete evidence to the contrary. We had the opportunity to present our case and demonstrate that the washing machine's malfunction was not due to any mistake on our part. The receptionist was understanding and worked with us to find a fair agreement. To our satisfaction, the technician's diagnosis of the problem turned out to be inaccurate. We appreciate the transparent communication and the fact that our concerns were taken seriously. While the initial inconvenience was regrettable, the way the situation was handled speaks volumes about the professionalism and customer-centric approach of the staff. Our stay, overall, turned out to be pleasant, and we left with a positive impression of the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Lots of steps if you have a lot of luggage, no elevator (not a problem for us). Not enough sockets in bedroom!

Very nice self-catering accommodation in Windhoek. Location was great with secured parking. Washing machine very handy which helps when travelling light. Very good communication with host with very clear instructions. Very large shopping mall nearby for all you need. Only 5 minutes by car to Christuskirche (city centre)

The TV decoder wasn't working so I missed out watching the last of the voetspore series. The Saturday night was without sleep due to a sunrise party across the street.
