Rooms might be on the small side and bathroom is incorporated awkwardly into the room but that could be a personal opinion. Not sure about other rooms but our had two single beds and would have preferred a double bed.

The location is excellent, not just for the view but also close to town and walking distance from all of the town's amenities . The staff are friendly, clean and neat.

We had a perfect stay At The sea. It's a short 15 min walk into city center or even less to restaurants at the seafront. Our room had direct access to the garden where you can sit and enjoy the Atlantic ocean. Breakfast was very good. Everything was fine.

Very clean and great location right on the water. We only had an overnight here and a staff member stayed late to check us in as we arrived later than planned. The rooms and hotel were spotless and really nice.

• Rooms where extremely hot between hours of 12-6pm. But nothing a cold plunge in the pool couldn't fix.

The guest house is definitely unique! •The pool is amazing! And can squeeze in quite a few people. •staff extremely helpful and friendly, helped us book couple massage which we needed at the time. • shower was fantastic! • Beds where comfy •Netflix and chill available!! • lounge area is a unique place to chill and relax!

Very nice location close to the Swakopmund beach with beautiful sea views. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Location is close to center of town. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Manager also allowed a later check-out due to a late flight back home - which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Loved this hotel are room the bridge was on the top floor no lift but 3 small flights of stairs the view was amazing it felt like our own apartment. Parking easy just outside front door easy walking distance to all the best restaurants. We needed early breakfast before 7 which was not a problem

The room was quite hot during the afternoon, due to the sun from the west. Water leaked through from the shower to the adjacent toilet floor when showering, leaving the toilet floor wet. Probably just sealing that needs to be attended to.

We had a lovely stay and received very friendly service from the staff. Irene went out of her way with very friendly service. The location and view is unbeatable. Lovely views from the room. Beautiful upstairs lounge, offering splendid views and an honesty bar. Even a chess set is provided. Superb coffee in the room. The gueshouse offers everything you can hope for: splendid views, very clean and neat facilities, a pool and lounge to relax. Impeccably clean. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. Loved falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves! Thank you for a lovely stay; we will be back!
