No wifi in the room, only in common areas. The breakfast was very tasty, but it felt a little bit limited.

The location is great and easy to get in and out. Thank you to the staff and owner for contacting us with left items.

WiFi doesn’t work at all in the rooms and the blinds don’t stop the light coming in from the street at night. Would still stay here again though

A nice building with private parking places for customers. Nice decoration and comfortable. At walking distance from top restaurants and crafts market. Very good option for Swakopmund visitors.

Everything was good, the staff were kind and very helpful. The breakfast selection was a little bare but not bad by any means. My room was located at the end of a hallway, upstairs, however some lights within the hallway could have been helpful! The location is good, next to some nice restaurants and cafes. The staff were helpful in booking the Sandwich Harbour Tour, which was really great.

My room was dump and cold. There was no heating/ ventilation available apart slide opening the windows. The deco and the beds were well dated.

If you plan to visit the place in winter, keep in mind that Swakop might be cold and the rooms are not provided with heaters, hence they might be a bit cold as well (nothing too dramatic however :-) ).

The hotel is located in a very strategic place. It has a guarded private parking. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is of good quality and quantity.

The breakfast has more than enough food but was quite simple.

This is a well run property with good staff and spacious clean rooms. The hot showers are amazing - especially after spending some time camping in the Namibia desert. A real bonus is the parking area; undercover and large enough for a 4x4 with roof top tent. Laundry services are done in the same day.

Breakfast time between 7-9, so no late sleeping while on holiday if you wish to have breakfast. Rooms are very very basic. Built in single beds. Not as shown in the photos. Cupboard door does not and cannot close. No suitcase rack. No blackout curtains so light in the room all night. Shower had old hair in when we got there. Coffee sachets provided really the cheapest instant coffee, Ricoffy, and nothing to stir with had I even wanted to use the coffee. We were supposedly upgraded to a luxury room but definitely not that. Three TV channels, soccer, Aljazeera and a kiddies channel.

Wi-fi in our room were poor. Had to stand in the passage. Struggle with tv - something could not clearly connect.

As it is a coastal town, some of the magnetic doorstops had rusted. Also double check the tub remote batteries with reception before checking in. We would have liked to have the WiFi password in the room, however it was on the door at the reception. Breakfast was very limited, but there was a sign showing that renovations to the area will be coming soon.

Stayed in a partial sea view room and it was amazing to have the jetty and sea view from the balcony. The amenities such as fridge and rooftop area were a plus to enjoy some downtime with magnificent views and sunsets. Rooms are also accessible with elevator which was a plus.

The breakfast choice was a bit limited in cheese and cold cuts, however offered a lot other options like joghurt, fruits and even egg salad. The shower took a long time until we eventually got hot water.

The location is perfect. Great roof top for sunset views with the sea and nice to head out for a beach or city walk

Great hotel in the middle of Swakopmund. Great views from the roof to watch the sunset. Rooms are modern and clean. The place has a good vibe and staff is friendly. Secure parking. Would recommend.

The entrance is hidden behind the hotel. We had a big, noisy group of guests during our breakfast time. The city itself is very nice and cosy with lots of historic buildings and nice restaurants & cafés. Undoubtably the most beautiful town in the country!

The hotel is i close to the ocean front and close to the city center as well. All amenities are in walking distance. Secure parking in the building. Good WiFi, the breakfast area is a bit dark (small windows), but the food was okay. Don‘t miss the roof terrace with great views on the ocean and the city on the other side.

Great location! We got a room with balcony and sea view. It was so nice hearing the waves. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Eggs to order and buffet of cereals, cold cuts, fruit etc. absolutely nothing to complain about.

The partial ocean view is not much of a view. By design you can hear others in the common areas. We tried to upgrade to an ocean view and I was given a key to check out the only available room but unfortunately the room had not been cleaned. We were very disappointed.

Make sure not to book a ground floor room. I had no idea when I booked and we got a room on the ground floor which was very irritating as we had no privacy. The door and windows opened onto the carport where other residents parked right at our door. The noise people made talking outside in the courtyard and up the stairs was very disturbing.

The location was great. We loved the lounge and roof top bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
