MalaysiaThere was no instruction on how to check-in after I have booked successfully. Expecting that the check-in info will be on the day I travelled to the apartment but received none. Also, the apartment details of address such as Tower 1 or Tower 2. Have to check at Tower 1 and then proceed to Tower 2. The use of chinese characters as part of the label for the apartment is not helpfule as I cannot read chinese. Lastly, I had difficulty contacting the host and as the contact no. published for the unit is a Chinese number. It was with great difficulty I have finally located the local no of the host. This caused a delay of more than an hour for the check-in. Furthermore, the WIFI end point provided by the host is not available for us to connect. I found that WIFI end point for the apartment using the Smart TV connection but the host did not provide the password to connect to that WIFI end point.
The unit was clean and comfortable to stay.

SingaporeOne of the room has a mouldy smell after we open the wardrobe. But we only went in around 10pm so we did not alert anyone. In the end all 4 of us squeezed into one king size bed in the master bedroom. Also there’s a big cockroach in the toilet of the master bedroom. It went into hiding behind the toilet and we can’t flush it out. So we have to close that toilet and try to squeeze the rug in between to prevent it from coming out. One of the bigger toy was being slit open at the neck and stomach too. Got TV but no hdmi cable so no reception. Only 3 mugs around. The water heater at the living room toilet is not working as water is not hot. One of the switch is spoilt at the living room

AustraliaThe property was very unsafe for solo travellers and families with young children. I had requested that this ad be reviewed and taken down by the website. The security at the front desk wanted to take our passports, then didn't want to let us back in to get our bags before we left. The lifts to the property had wooden floors and were dangerous. Eviction notices were on the doors of other apartments, locals living there were unfriendly and dangerous to be around. The apartment itself was terrible, tabs exploding into my child's face, terribly dirty, bed sheets stained and full of hair, kitchen benches covered in food. There were wet dirty towels on the floor on entry to each bathroom. The living room couch had a large hole in it and was unusable. Contact has been made with the owner and they do noT respond or pretend to not understand. Please be wary of similar scams. I would hate to see another family face what we faced. I am extremely disappointed booking.com has not put a stop to this or rectified this issue.
This is a completely false advertisement on booking.com and needs to be removed.

That it was Pikachu theme, so many plush and was decorated according to the theme with yellow towels, yellow painting and even portraits and pillows of Pikachu. Location was also good it was nearby to Legoland and echo galleria

AustraliaThe property owner didn’t send check-in instructions until the day after we were supposed to check-in! We arrived at the property at 8pm with luggage and a child and were unable to enter. None of the phone numbers for the owner or booking.com locally worked. We were stranded, at night in a foreign country with no access to the accommodation we had booked and paid for. We had to go and find another hotel (and it was a Sunday night before a public holiday so everything was super expensive). It still hasn’t been resolved by booking.com 1 week later and full payment has been taken. We lost half a day checking out and moving hotels the next day (of our 2 day Legoland stay). It was incredibly stressful, unprofessional of Booking.com and the owner and expensive for us.
The property, location and facilities were good. The pool was closed but we were able to use the pool in the other tower. The Pikachu decoration was cute but the big Pikachu teddies are ripped open at the seams so the kids shouldn’t play with them. They need repairing. The small ones are fine though.

Not only that the drive way to the parking super narrow. We have to drive going up 6-levels like in spiral to park our car. You can get very giddy & can see all the wall scratches by other cars.

Malaysiai’m so sorry but SO many things about it. the metal grill literally had ISSUES trying to get it opened, the plc had loads of ants crawling around (couch, table, kitchen table), the couch and tables weren’t cleaned properly (stains & leftover food??), no floor mats, the main door & bedroom door literally SHAKES at night due to wind, there’s literally plaster bagworm all arnd the walls (living room & bedroom) and wifi connects but DOESN’T WORK AT ALL (given wrong pw upon check-in, the right one’s written on the tv table). 😭😭💀💀
it was a literal walk to legoland (but u have to cross the road) and the AC is literally so cold; if u’re someone who needs AC 24/7, this airbnb is suitable for u.
