3rd Bedroom had a waterbased portable aircon which was quite noisy.

Guards went out of way to ensure we could find mailbox to retrieve keys and drive to correct carpark. Great location. Clear instructions from host. Fantastic view from 31st flr unit. Very good value for 3 bedroom unit.

The only downside is the noise from the highway which is quite loud especially during sleep time.

None, everything was pleasant experience.

Had a fantastic experience. The room was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the superb view from the suite—it added a special touch to the whole experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with beautiful views in Bukit Indah.

Comfy n safe... Near shop - food esp, pharmacy... Got washing machine... Even I don't use it.. I think it's wiill help alot. Good tv ~ unifi Hd kitchen, kettle, iron, fridge.

Complicated processs for check in. The staff requested to add money during check in because he said my booking only for 1 room. So he locked other rooms. Need to pay extra of rm100 for him to open one more room.

The air con is not cold. A pity is with the ongoing renovation at the pool.

The coordinator replied almost immediately and patient. It was easy to check in and pay up without having to physically be at property to liaise with. The unit is really very very clean.

The sound of vehicles is quite loud from inside the apartment even though it is on a high floor from the nearby highway.

A clean house. The location is close to Sultan Ibrahim Stadium, Aeon supermarket, gas station, shops, restaurant and more.

The sound insulation of the glass windows of the condo itself is not very good. As there is a highway just nearby the traffic noise can be quite jarring. For sound sleepers this should not be a problem.

This one I stayed in is not a hotel. It's an apartment. A big apartment which is also very clean. We were wondering about such a big space (compared to a normal hotel room) just for the two of us. The apartment is well equipped, but we didn't get the chance to use all the conveniences and amenities as we only stayed for one night. We also like that there is a big mall (AEON) within 5 to 8 min of walk from the apartment. So location is great! We stayed on 31st floor, which is just one floor below the top floor. So the view from the apartment is great. We drove in from Singapore, and met the caretaker at the guard house to pay cash and to receive the key card to the premises and the key apartment itself. We communicated through Whatsapp prior to our arrival. Very friendly service.

1. Sofa needs to be replaced. Sagging 2. Driving up and down the car park needs serious attention due to lot of blind spot
