Washroom were bit old for our rooms, it should also be updated.

Place is awesome, at the end of the cenang street so you can have a relaxing time at your place after beach. Pool was good. Staff really friendly. Will recommend again.

The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom, which could benefit from better maintenance or upgrades.

The location was excellent — just a short walk to both the beach and the local market, which made everything easily accessible. The property itself was beautiful, with the pool area being a true highlight and perfect for relaxing. The stay was very comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience!

Location is superb - just around the corner from the beach and the night food market and shops & restaurants. Lodge is quiet - no pub, restaurant etc onsite

The bathroom was smelly and rusty. On the bed sheets there were little stains, though they changed it when we asked for it. We could not really use the pool because it was very small and constantly filled with kids.

The staff was always helpful and friendly. Also the location was great, only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops and the beach.

When you take a shower the hole bathroom is under water. There is no stick/broom to move the water away. You don't have a little towel for after washing hands.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms 10 days apart. The first room the aircon and fan were noisy which makes it hard to sleep. The beds are not so comfortable but that may differ for others. The second stay we had many mosquitoes in the room. But the fan and aircon were sort of quiet.

Location, price and pool. And clean. Staff was helpful proving extra pillow. They allow a family of 5 in 4 person room which is nice. And they provided umbrellas when requested at reception.

My only comment is bathroom, could have been upgraded a bit:) But comparing money that you pay for this accommodation it was very ok!

This accommodation is worth it's money. Small resort hidden in the jungle with a lovely clean swimming pool. Hidden from the noise of the streets but remains in close proximity to all the restauraunts, shops, entertainments. I really loved the stay and will definitely book again.

the vacation room was too hot during the night, especially with family.

The pool was great and the staff are super friendly and accomodating. We could only stay in the vacation home one night the hat and noise of fans were un bearable- so they could move us into a room which was very kind. The new updated section looks like a great place to stay, while we were in the older rooms- they were still fine for our expectations.

The bathroom could use a makeover. It was a bit inconvenient to have the shower near the toilet because the toilet got wet when using it. Also, more towels (and hangers) would have been useful.

We spent five nights at White Lodge. Our room was in a bungalow on the ground floor. There are also rooms right in the new/remodeled building. The room was decorated simply but it served the purpose. The pool was nice, refreshing and well maintained. There are a few sunbeds to use but they can fill up quickly. The location was great, a few minutes walk to the main shopping street. We had a rental car so the hotel parking was handy.
