SingaporeThe hotel didn't do housekeeping on 2nd day. I supposed the hotel might be understaffed as we came back at 5pm and the housekeeping team is still on other rooms. Thats a small issue for us. The bed was a bit hard for me. I can still managed that.
The check in was smooth, the breakfast spread was good, the staff were friendly and helpful. I like the hotel cos the location was central and it is connected to Ipoh Parade Hotel. It has a parkson mega shopping mall and many different cafes for food.

SingaporeWe arrived past 3pm and rooms were not ready. Same thing for my sister who also booked 2 rooms. Lack of a magnifying mirror for ladies to put on makeup as the bathroom light is not bright enough and bathroom counter mirror is too far away. Hairdryer is also not situated anywhere with a mirror.
Room was spacious and clean. I liked the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Location is superb. Only thing they should pave the path to Ipoh parade easier for guests and esp my elderly mum. Bf spread is v good but I did wish I could opt out to go for local bf. Overall room is nice clean and they even decorated the room to help us celebrate my aunty birthday.

MalaysiaFor a 5 star hotel, I’d expect more toiletries provided in the room instead of asking for it. As well as a coffee machine instead of instant coffee. Breakfast options could be better ie more fruits, more pastries, cakes and other hot food options - not up to a 5 star standard.

SingaporeI asked for 2 rooms at a high floor and was assigned the 9th storey which is the highest level (there were 3 floors above with the pool and other facilities). The sound proofing was not done well (probably from windows) because you can hear loud street noises at night (eg. when a motorbike zips by or when vehicles blast loud music). There is some wear and tear observed, like broken wooden blinds in the shower room that they hastily repaired by glueing small wooden strips to conceal the broken pieces. Hotel is probably in need of a refurbishment of the interiors.
Centrally located 5* hotel with a sumptuous breakfast.

Malaysia1) I was initially allotted a terrible room on 7th floor which overlooked an adjacent building roof with workers around and further the latch of the toilet just fell off upon opening ! 2) Upon complaining the room was changed ! 3) In the new room 735 the Qiblah marker was wrongly placed !!!!!! There WAS a pencil mark with the correct direction but whoever finally pasted the proper sticker didn’t follow the same !!! 4) The restaurant staff where we had breakfast were excellent and so was the spread !
