The place is pretty run down actually after years. The commercial below the residence is not longer anymore. Luckily the residence area still maintaining it's functionality. Some may thought it like abandoned place. The rental unit really need a proper cleaner. Not those bangla worker.

Walking distance towards Legoland Malaysia which is around 5min from the stay. Water pressure for bath is strong. There is lots of carpark for visitor. The 24hrs security is pretty helpful on my special request.

Terrible smell from bathrooms drains (owner may not able to resolve this as likely main building issue). Mattress is very noisy, every little movement there is noise and average comfort wise aswel.

1) it was not clean. There were ants around living room when we just enter . Lots of ants around the sink area. 2)the door handles for room and main door was loosen, like going to fall out anytime. 3) the sink tap was loosen and spraying to every where when we turn on the tap, was unexpected 4) the house toilets shower areas are stinky, there are lots of smell coming up from the drainage of shower rooms. 5) even though it is for kids stay, the shower areas are not children friendly. The water temperature was unstable and no handheld shower sprinklers were there. Little kids could only use rain shower, kids below 4 year old would be terrified by the amount of water coming down from rain shower. 6) the rooms were dusty, with lots of aged dirts on window frame. 7) the beds were very noisy! Due to the water proof bedsheets below! Even the 2 years old could make a lot of noise when he turns and imagine how light is the two years old. 8) safety issue, the charging wall plug is dropping out from the wall, upheld using a tape.

Location is super, just need to cross a road and you will reach Legoland. Check in was smooth, simple and easy. House has Lego and the kids were happy with them.

The apartment building still had areas cordoned off that was half-developed, making it difficult and a little unsafe when having to walk over the legoland, as the exit was at the back of the building rather than the side facing legoland. There were ants and plaster bagworms around in. the apartment. Kitchen sponges were old and grimy. There was a musty smell in one of the bedrooms. And I ended up bringing some flea / bedbug back with us, as I kept getting bug bites periodically the week after we are back.

Proximity to legoland. Apartment was very near lift lobby. The decor was as per the photos and homely. My kids loved the llama chairs and the Lego block toys that they could play with.

Where to start. Management provided info how to check in on the day and I saw it's a good apartment from the unit number already...BUT, hardly any furniture inside. We were booked for 5 people but they gave us 4 towels. We also didn't find trashbags. After these two issues I asked the management for help and no reply, at all. More stuff bad in the apartment: smelly bathrooms. The "odor" supports were empty. The shower in the front had ceiling falling off. The ensuite bathroom if you turn the shower on too hard it will clogg up and flood. Master bedroom had a too soft old mattress, sofa bed is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep on as it's so hard. Air-conditioning didn't work well. The thermostats inside are obviously broken as it keeps pumping out warmer air as you want. Sink in kitchen is busted too. The cutlery is basically plastic spoons taken from takeout. NO knife (unless you count the useless plastic cake knife) to cook. Too hot in the apartment the entire time. Shower sucks too and I personally had to dispense shampoo and body lotion for both bathrooms. I don't even think the "Cosco" style bottles are proper shampoo. The hairdryer doesn't work either. Socket in the wardrobe looks scary. Switches in the rooms are falling off. The wardrobe in the master bedroom was full of old mattresses and no way to use. Even the bar was taken out for that reason and placed next to the fridge for some reason. I think nobody cares about this apartment and the people who want to rent in it. I was happy the day I left.

The usual location is decent as it's next to Legoland and the 10th floor was also quite useful.

Cleaniness can definitely be better. There are huge amount of small flies when we entered. I believed it wasn't clean properly before we checked in. Visible stains on bed sheets. Quite apparent dust in obvious places where can be easily wiped.

I like the Lego provided in the house, it is very good for the kids to spend time instead of electronic devices. Location is great as it is near to Legoland. Plenty of beds are provided and the sofa bed is a plus

1) the ramp leading to the carpark is very high and narrow spiral, have to go 5 levels up to get to the carpark. 2) the ac is not cold esp in the common room where it’s direct sun. It felt like a sauna End up. The kids and I were all bunked into the same room. Wifi.. slow as well.

The bathroom has a very strong mould smell until we do not even dare to open the door. Accommodation air circulation seems not good enough. The kettle is spoiled and found some rusty stain at the bottom. Swimming pool open until 7pm only

The property management team were very helpful and we had a very pleasant stay. The property is located just across the street from legoland which is a big plus. Amenities are good and the apartment is large enough to accomodate a big family. I would definitely book again if I return to this part of the world.

I love they have extra pillows! Everything great. Love they hv some toys for the kids and even uno cards that can keep us busy whole night to beat each other xD the place exactly just like the photo provided.
