The pathway to Legoland wasn't the most pleasant. You need to walk through the incomplete pathway with construction probably still going on. As for the apartment, the pictures looked better than the actual apartment. Light switches were damaged, the cupboard in the bedroom is badly constructed with damaged drawers and hairdryer wasn't working. Cups, bowls and cutlery were provided. However, we found the kids cups in such bad condition we didn't dare to use them for our kids. I would probably think twice before staying here again.

The location is good as it's walking distance to Medini Mall and Legoland. There was a video with clear instructions on how to walk to Legoland so that's helpful. Check in process was also smooth. There's a WhatsApp chat to answer my queries.

My shower heater not functioning. Parking location is not strategic, quite hard to reach because of the building structure. The surrounding is quite scary for solo traveller at night. Facilities are just alright, but quite not worth the price.

It is at the centre of Islandar Puteri and got nice space for a family stay.

The letter box to collect the key has a very sharp edge at the bottom. It's as sharp as a knife. This is a standard letter box for all the residents. This threat MUST be addressed by the building management immediately(or the owner individually). I had a bad cut due to this. 2nd issue is the carpark, which has a narrow ally to the 5th floor. If you are driving MPV or a long vehicle, exercise extra caution.

No breakfast is available. The location is good as many eating joints are across the road.

No water dispenser (eg coway, cuckoo), difficult to make baby milk.. should mention doesn't provide coffee, tea, sugar, washing detergent etc.. even garbage bag not even provided... Main door should fix bcz it's difficult to open as it's stuck n my son got small accident when my husband open the door n he was pushing from outside, n at that time my son was behind n hit his knee..

There are small ants around. Door opening wasn't smooth. Master bedroom wardrobe door opening was not smooth too. Lack of baby chair . There is no hand soap provided . Pillow was too flat to sleep on.

Location was near to Legoland. Aircon and fan together . Cooling for such weather. Tv with YouTube definately a great point. Kids love it. Goat smell of shower cream provided. Laundry rack provided at balcony great for drying swimming costume after the water park.

Entry, car park etc are not convenient, no where to park to collect the keys, having to circle back onto the main road and around again to get back to car park, ramp up and down to level 5 is not great. On foot, entry and exit through back of building, no walkway to get to front, just walk along narrow one way road -not great with toddlers and pram etc. Apartment itself was comfortable enough, needs a toaster and hot water looked at, but all in all good for a Lego land trip.

1. We chose a unit that states there would be 1 queen bed + bunk bed in the master room, but there's only a queen bed in the master room. So we had to let one of the child sleep on the sofa. 2. no side tables in both bedrooms 3. in the common room, there's strong musty smell 4. Aircon in living room goes off automatically in 20 mins or so, and you will have to on it back manually 5. Washing machine does not seem to work 6. No extra blankets available

The location is excellent, just next to Lego Land. High floor and quiet when windows are closed. Clear instructions from host on how to check in/out. Good wifi 6 available + TV

There is only 1/3 of the toilet roll for our 3D2N stay so we had to buy our own. No water filter so had to buy our own mineral water too. Internet speed is only good enough for texting and anything more (100mbps). Remote control had no batteries so we had to buy and replace.

Host was not responsive on booking.com messaging (but did reply ok on WhatsApp during our stay) The condo parking is horrible - you need to drive up around 10+ loops, it takes around 5 minutes to get up and another 5 minutes to get down. Bad plasticy pillows that felt like balloons. Bed was ok though

Got so many defect especially for electronics . Got 3 hairdryer but only one can use . Can use for certain switch plug only. the water tap at hall toilet leaking whenever you flush the toilet. Got iron but no iron board and the wire length also very short to iron clothes. The dish soap also got no sponge so I use handtowel provided at the kitchen. the button switch was off not repair. The presence of the room represent overall the unit appearance. Please do the maintenance before serve to customer.
