The host was truly wonderful—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos on Booking.com, which was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offered an unblocked view of Singapore—a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The building itself felt very secure, which gave me peace of mind. The location is also excellent—close to a supermarket and a great variety of food options. Plus, it’s just under a 10-minute drive to Eco Botanic, where you can find even more dining and services.

There are plenty of car parks at ground level, but it get occupy in evening time and need to park at level 5 to drive up but it provides 24 hrs security services

friendly host

Host was friendly and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Apartment was clean and functional for a small family; children were always excited to take the lifts with the view of Legoland. Apartment was within walking distance to Legoland.

Carpark was a challenge to get to with the narrow lane. Bathrooms were tight to bathe children. Tablemats and utensils could be better cleaned.

Apartment was clean and comfortable and location was very convenient for visiting Legoland. The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

The host was so generous and responsive. Very recommended for famliy or group trip. So homey.

The room is cozy and cleanliness. The host is contactable and assist with all the questions asked. Allowed us to check in early and check out late without extra charges.

the condo entrance is a bit far to walk from legoland.

The property is very closer to the Legoland Park. The security staff was friendly and helpful in assisting to do the check in process. The unit owner was also helpful with arranging early check-in and checking our well-being every day. The unit is little old but maintained to be good and our stay was quite and safe.

The property looks pretty old, lifts are old as well, one refurbished, and other lift's inner wall was covered with cardboards and looks scary.

Everything was good and clean

Just one thing - the sound of the elevator was very audible, until late at night and from early morning.

The unit is very near to Legoland. It was well maintained and cosy. My family felt very comfortable the moment we checked into the unit. Open view from the balcony was cool..! The kitchenette had all items needed for family cooking; esp. the rice cooker which was accommodated by the host as per my request.

Felt the kitchenette can have more plates of different sizes to cater to lunch and dinner.

Recommended for group of families looking for stay near Legoland

Location is good and very near to Mall of Medini and Legoland. The rooms are comfy and feel homely.

Instructions to check in could be sent more promptly. Host can consider providing tissue paper boxes in the rooms.

The location to go to Legoland with smaller kids (age 4 and 7) was great. Also thanks to the Medini Mall across the street, featuring several different types of foods and a large super market let us leave the car parked most of the time. The washing machine came in handy more than once and the kitchenette and dining table allowed for comfortable breakfasts in the acomodation.

The two things i didn't like are minor and probably highly personal. The exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms did either not turn on or rambled loudly. the other bathroom had no exhaust, but a window towards an inner opening, featuring each *ding* of the elevator across loudly right trough into the adjoined bedroom. Sadly the whole building project is not really finished, yet no work is being done on it. The apartment itself is in good shape though!

Love the washing machine. But we need to purchase own detergent. Refrigerator was great, easy to store foods. its like living in the comfort of my own home. it's walking distance to Legoland and the Medini Mall.

The balcony door cant be locked properly. we have small children, hence I had to put the door stopper under the sliding door to prevent my children going out to the balcony. the door lock was out of battery when we tried to check out, so we cant open the door. the host was helpful but, i dislike to experience this kind of things especially when i have kids with me.

Unit was clean and tidy. Clear instruction given upon reaching. Most importantly it is within walking distance to Legoland. We managed to catch up some show on Netflix as well.

The carpark os horrible, very narrow. The building seems unfinished, despite this the apartment is good.
