No free parking. Limited parking space. Use tng apps to pay for the government parking. Mattress and pillow is not comfy, waking up with sore body. Mattress is so hard feels like sleeping on top of wood. I think its time to change the mattress.

The room is spacious and aesthetic. Surprisingly very clean. Easy check in, check out. Got lift/elevator. Near to pasar payang (walking distance) - easy to dine and shopping.

I have stayed here 2-3 times. The hotel is in a strategic location, close to Pasar Payang and Mydin, making it easy to find places to eat. The staff are also very helpful👍👍

Overall, the hotel was good. Check in before 6pm, finding parking was a bit difficult. Also, tv cannot change channel but it's okay as i don't really watch tv. Other than that, everything was good.

I recently stayed at the Uptown Eco Hotel and was completely charmed! The bed and the overall interior design had a beautiful wooden, classic feel that was also incredibly stylish. For such an affordable price, the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The mattress was honestly the best I've ever slept on—I got such a good night's rest. What really sealed the deal was the hotel's perfect location, just a stone's throw from Pasar Payang. It made exploring the area so convenient. They also provided great amenities, including a full set of toiletries and four towels, which was a thoughtful touch. Plus, the mini-fridge in the room was a lifesaver. This place is an absolute gem, and I can't wait to go back!

Amazing accommodation. Loved the space, the decor and really good finish to the apartment. Walking distance to Chinatown, pasar payang and the riverfront. Really quick replies to arriving early for check in and then booking an extra night all arranged really easily. We were only there a couple of nights but could happily have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

I wish I had a room with a connecting bathroom, but it's ok, there are two nice bathrooms that you can comfortably use😍

I really fell in love with this hotel 😍 its decorations are superb, spacious room, very clean n tidy, location near tu everything - Mydin mall, LFS cinema, restaurants and Pasar payang. Lastly the price is really worth your money.

The panel for operating the lift is supposedly modern and has no buttons. To operate it, you need a certain touch and instinct to know where to press and how hard to press the digital screen. Takes some getting used to but after a few times, you get the hang of it. Another thing is the property seems to be managed remotely and you just have to pray no issues arise.

I stayed in the Japanese-style room and it was my second time at this hotel. The fact I returned to this hotel speaks volumes. The space was amazing - it was bigger than many one-room apartments I’ve stayed in. Clean and comfortable bed. Nice hot shower with amenities like shampoo, toothbrush set and shower cap. Mini-fridge and electric kettle in the room with Nescafé coffee sachets and mineral water bottles. One air-cond for the bedroom and another for the living area, plus a ceiling fan. Lots of rods for hanging your clothes and towels, though the room could do with more clothes hangers. Disposable bedroom slippers were provided but these were too thin and uncomfortable to be worn. The hotel is situated in a block of 4-storey shophouses. On the ground floor is a curtain shop. My room was on the top floor overlooking the back of another block of shophouses. There were only 4 units per floor. The check-in counter is located in a small separate entrance next to the curtain shop and is only manned between 3-6pm for check-in. I arrived early for check-in and texted the operator by WhatsApp in order to deposit my luggage. Note that although the floors are serviced by an elevator, you need to climb a short flight of steps to reach the elevator. The location is fantastic - I was without a car and it was walking distance to the bus terminal, Chinatown, Pasar Payang, Mydin supermarket and the popular breakfast place, Nasi Dagang Atas-Tol. You could use the ride-hailing app, Grab to call for rides. These were readily available and it was a short Grab ride to Mayang Mall, KTCC Mall and the Pantai Batu Buruk (RM5-7 each trip). From the bus terminal, you could take buses to other towns in Terengganu or even inter-state. It is best to enquire in person for the schedule.
