Our group of 3 families stayed at .... in May 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The location was excellent with good street food, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. There was also a great chap fan place with a good variety of dishes. The apartment was clean, cosy and tidy. We had the 3 bedroom unit and it had the best view of the sea. The unit was spacious and the lounge area was especially welcoming and comfortable. A couple of areas were disappointing. 1. The stand iron was not working and couldn't be used during our stay. (However the mgt provided an iron and ironing board. If the stand iron was spoiled, they could have just removed it instead of leaving it at the unit) 2. One of the keys to the unit didn't work. (However, it was replaced the next day. But spoilt keys should not be given in the first place) 3. The air con dropped water on our last day. We were already checking out so we told them not to bother repairing while we were there However I must say whatever problems that cropped up were attended to politely, promptly and efficiently by the Management staff. We appreciate the help and support given by the Mgt team

The elevator a bit slow, at the ground floor only have 1 small convenient store.

Its clean, very cool AC, water heater works well, amenities provided, cutleries provided, water dispenser purifier provided, good WiFi. Location is good, near couple of culinary spot, the property owner very helpful.

The sinks did not drain properly. One of the bedroom ACs was occasionally dripping onto the bed below. The smaller shower was practically unusable unless by a child. The shower cold and hot water produced the same result. A slightly lukewarm water. No hot showers for us.

Close to the hustle and bustle of the city. Pool access. Was able to accommodate a family of 4 at a fair price. 3 air conditioners kept the room cool. Washing machine was a great touch.

It was clean, convenient and adequately fitted with all the necessary appliances, toiletries, crockery and cutlery. The apartment was well decorated. My only criticism is that the towels could be of better quality. Some of the ones we were given did not soak up moisture.

Toilet idoor s not able to open from outside, once it is closed and unlocked. This is dangerous for young children to use toilet on their own. We managed to open the door by using the coin. Not a good experience. No cabinet available in any rooms. Once the clothes stand is used to hang out the wash clotes, you can only keep your clothes in luggage. Very basic kitchen settings. No bowl available.

One of the rooms had leaking air-conditioner and the partition door was hard to open.

The apartment was very clean and smelled good. The pantry has a water dispenser (people don’t have to worry about getting water). The host contacted us a day before and provided us enough information on how to check in. They were accommodating and attended to us very timely on our requests. The apartment was equipped with hairdryer, extra rolled tissue and plastic bin.

The lift access card sensor is not sensitive, resulting us always have to go down to 1st floor and change to other lift to test the lift access card sensor, to see if it works. Car park - The exit lane on the 6th floor is so narrow for the driver to navigate the car which ends up my car was scratched at the right side of the back door on the 4th day. Very expensive repair cost I have to pay after this trip. Wifi - it is not working at all.

It is in the town centre and was impressed with the apartment cleanliness. The air-cond were the best, followed by the table top water dispenser. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils i.e fork, spoons & chopsticks. Tableware i.e. plates, bowls and mugs were provided sufficiently. The living hall room window view is absolutely beautiful and stunning.

The drinking water filter was very low pressure took a long time to fill, so we bought our own water, there was some leaking in the master bedroom toilet in the shower area

The unit was a bit dirty (there was a big stained tile on the floor), and the TV did not have much offering.

The staff were very friendly and followed up with our questions. The unit is on a high floor and offers a good view of the neighbourhood. There are plenty of food options nearby.

No coffee maker, no hair dryer, the cards are not really working so it's a bit difficult to enter. Not super duper clean, the shower was stuck.

Beds are comfortable, enough space for everyone. Localisation was good and the staff was very helpful. Gym and Swimming pool were nice.
