I can’t find 2 futon beds in the master bedroom as per advertised. The food of the cafes is a bit expensive.

I like the second room with 1 double bed PLUS AN ADDITIONAL of a single bed. Really convenient as downstairs at 7th floor has cafes & convenient shop. The unit is considered spacious although is 2 bedrooms unit.

The stay was great. The booking and check-in/out processes are smooth, and I received clear instructions. The room was spacious and worth the paid value. The quality of the linen blankets should be improved. Otherwise, all is ok. All facilities, kiosks, and entertainment can be reached on level 7.

I went to Genting for events and drove back to hotel at midnight, there was almost no car park when you back hotel at the midnight. You need back hotel by 11pm to make sure there is a parking spot for your car. Upon checkout, pls leave early than designated check-out time, else you will take forever to get your lift to the lobby although there are 6 lifts in the building.

I have stayed this hotel for quite few times. The reasons I always choose this place are the competitive price and good property location. I always drive to Genting, so the distance is just suitable for me. The room is clean and car park ready. Nice host that allows us check-out at 1pm to avoid lift congestion and we will definitely stay with you again in the future!

The elevator system facilities was very bad.. i used to wait the elevator almost 1 hour for go down and to check out at 12.00 pm. At last i had using the stair from level 33 and go down to level 7..the properties must improve the elevetor system especially at peak hour.

When we arrived, the floor was still a bit wet from mopping, so I ended up using the foot mat to help dry it. Also, the soap container could use some attention as the pump was missing, which made it a bit inconvenient to use. The hair dryer might also benefit from an upgrade, as it didn’t seem to function very well.

As a frequent traveler, I found this place to meet my expectations perfectly – clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Great location and facilities.

The parking from hotel to the apartment is a bit confusing. Several times I got lost. Other than that, it's ok

Long waiting for the lift when check in and check out time. The lift didn’t set the floor limitation like some can only go lower floor and another upper floor. The sliding door for the balcony is not able to close. Wind is blowing in and resulted the room doors will have some sound. It is very annoying and uncomfortable.

It is great for the family stay.

Seams like masters bedroom toilet basin hot water is not working. Corridors railing are corroded and during heavy rains rooftop crossing to different towers you will get wet even there are rain shelter.

It’s just that when you first enter the apartment, there’s an unpleasant odor, as if the unit hasn’t been occupied for a while. I would suggest that the host arrive earlier to open the doors and balcony to air out the space, and perhaps use some room air fresheners

A bit of a hassle to move from one block to another, moving from one lift to another. The sofa bed is not functional? We could not manage to open it up, hence fit only for a child.

Not much. Maybe the eateries, they aren't many. So, 24-hour convenient stores were the next option. Also, maybe the pillows and blankets were not quite enough for a large group.

The location of the place is quite near to the centre. And it has a slight view of the mountains. Although it is shielded by a building but it still provides us with a view and it is not too windy at the balcony. The space is ample, even for our large group. Everyone has a place to lie down as there were 2 queen beds that felt like king beds and one super single bed, plus several mattresses.

the homestay was good stay but in the house the toilet got smell so pls upgrade that. other then that all is fine. happy stay. thank you
