We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaWe stayed 3 nights. On 2 of the nights, we were left without hand and face towels as housekeeping failed to replenish them after cleaning the room. The bathroom sink seems half blocked, and water drains very slowly. The shower floor is a bit concave, and you shower with a puddle of water at your feet. Reception counter staff are warm and friendly, but other staff are not so friendly. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, and it would be nice if all their staff make their guests feel welcome.
