We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab Emirates- Pools are not temperature controlled, the villa pool or main pool so the cold can come as quite a shock till you're acclimated. - we tried in room dining once and the packaging of the food was what I would expect from a take out place and not a five star hotel - disposable plastic takeout containers were what it was served in. - the path up to the villa can be a bit steep in some places, has no handrails and can be slippery when wet. They do have a buggy you can use (my wife was pregnant and we didn't want to risk her falling) but the process can be a bit slow at times for them to come as I think the communication isn't always joined up internally.
- Location is excellent, as part of the larger Sunway complex there's tons to do, places to shop or eat at outside of the hotel itself. - Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Special mention to Aziz (Algerian gentleman) who was particularly so. - Room was very well appointed. I've stayed in many villa rooms before and this one was definitely one of the nicest. - Even as part of the larger hotel complex they did a great job making the villa area feel secluded and in nature when in fact you're in a major metropolitan area. - Special mention of the Christmas bake shop they had in the lobby that was a literal gingerbread house! I've never smelled a shop that good in my life.

MalaysiaOne down side is that our villa is quite a walk from the hotel lobby but that was compensated with all the lovely service crew helping us around with our luggage.
Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

MalaysiaIt was not well staffed for such a busy time of year. Especially the leisure lounge. The Gordon Ramsay breakfast was unremarkable with poor service. Quite disappointing.
The room was lovely. Generally the staff was friendly.
