Great location in PJ, but no public train nearby. Best place if you have a car, as you can park inside the compound, the staff will open the gate for us to park in. Felt safe with the location. Room and bathroom is clean and comfortable. Staff is in the compound at all times, where they are friendly and easy to reach out for assistance. Great stay.

Not that soundproof. I stayed at the ground floor, i could hear 1st floor's muffled conversation. During sleeping time, it is all quiet.

Very clean and quiet. Decent Wi-Fi. Very helpful and friendly staff. Small place with only a few rooms, so there's no crowds around. Comfortable and nicely appointed. Well priced.

Not much within walking distance in terms of cafes, restaurants, etc. Need to use a grab to get around to places to eat - though there are plenty of places within a 5 min drive and a grab is easy to arrange.

Chrisenbel Hideaway, is a calm and beautiful accommodation, with super helpful staff. Complementary tea and coffee with homemade bread, was a nice addition. Rooms are clean, well serviced and close by to the lovely pool and garden.

Crisenbel Hideaway Retreat truly lives up to its name. Tucked away in the midst of the city, it offers an unbelievably peaceful and private escape surrounded by nature. The quiet atmosphere, lush garden views, and beautiful landscaping make you feel like you’ve stepped out of Malaysia entirely. We stayed in the 2-bedroom garden view villa, and it was absolutely superb. The villa was spotless, with a clean and cozy pantry that had a warm, homely vibe. The pool was just perfect—crystal clear and so inviting. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, featuring delicious homemade bread, tea, and coffee. It felt so thoughtful and personal. Upstairs, the open-space garden area on the second level was stunning. The furniture, décor, and paintings were elegant, luxurious, and tastefully arranged. Every detail felt curated and high-class. What made the stay even more special was the service. The staff were incredibly humble, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. I’d highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a serene, private getaway without leaving the city. A truly unforgettable experience. ✨

Great place for a short stay, in the heart of a busy place but quiet and comfortable. The homemade bread is a plus. Overall this is my choice of stay in PJ for short working trip or even for leisure.

My only 2 cents is the smell of the detergent for the bed sheet can be improved, using none fragrance type of detergent.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed property. The environment is incredibly peaceful, with the calming sound of birds chirping during the day. The entire premises are spotlessly clean — every corner is clearly maintained with great care and attention to detail. The gated parking area made me feel secure, and the design of the whole place reflects the owner's thoughtful planning. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. What truly made the stay special was the housekeeper who provided warm and attentive service throughout. You can really feel the heart put into every part of this place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and well-kept place to stay.

Since it’s not a hotel. Very difficult to access the property. Need to call the staff each time to open the gate The room so close to each other and not sound proof. So hard to make love to your partner
