The bedroom and bathroom are clean. The bed is comfortable. Only the room size is quite limited. Luckily they provide surau for praying. Best location, easy to find restaurants, just walking by.

The hotel's location is convenient and close to my meeting place. Getting breakfast is straightforward because the "medan selera" is in front of the hotel.

I think the hotel has been in operation for many years. I can see that the interior is looking a little worn n tired. In my room - 301, the wall below the window is already displaying severe signs of water damage which meant mold, a bubbling n peeling surface n putrid discoloration. It did affect my general ease n comfort being in the room. Definitely not a sight or thought to relish in a hotel room. With some resolve to repair the water-proofing around the window, fixing up the wall damaged by water, a fresh coat of paint on all the walls and yes, a proper shower curtain, this hotel can be quite an Option for any guest! Oh, the flat screen TV is outdated so it is either going to be impossible to plug into its HDMI port because the port is often located on the flat back panel of the tv which makes no sense because there isn’t enough space to fit the long neck of the HDMI jack. This is because the space between the back of the TV and the wall is likely only as wide as your middle finger (yes, the way you’d show one your middle finger when you r upset and so the same way if u were to measure for yourself the width between Tv n wall you) And even if you were as dexterous as I was and successfully fitted the jack into the port, I couldn’t get the tv to change the input into the hdmi channel.

The rooms had individual designs and there was a touch of the owner’s decorative talent I sensed. It made the hotel more warm and personal which should be the hallmark of any small hotel, I feel. I also like that they do answer your electronic queries, unlike many budget hotels which feel the need to tell guests that budget = Indifference/‘Depends on my time of the month’ so a response is as rare the desert rain! I also like how the hotel actually tries to satisfy personal comfort levels, mine being additional pillows that I am so used to at home. Most other budget hotels will refuse, charge you or limit you to just one per room. I really do like this hotel and I shall return when the time comes.

I get room with broken door, although stranger cannot open it but still the door open a bit and others can hear our voice. I hope hotel would fix this matter soon.

I like the facilities such as pantry, piano, surau and landskap was so amazing. I was shock that we can eat all the food in the pantry whereas no other hotel would do that. The staff also friendly. I regret that stayed for short term only.

The air conditioning took very long to cooling. It took almost 1 hours but the room temperature still wasn’t good enough although it’s already 16 degrees. It’s not so spacious, to perform prayers in room will not recommend but they have room in L3 to perform prayer

What I like the most about was they have mini pantry where they put all the necessities there such as iron board, microwave, sink to wash , some cookies, water dispenser and some sachets of different type of drinks. Although we faced some problems with air conditions but maintenance immediately took actions to solve the issue.
