- our block was quite far from the lobby but the reception didnt offer us bellboy or help to carry our things - receptionist wasn’t friendly

Very relaxing and good spread of breakfast. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. However, there was stain on our bedsheets and there was no ashtray for our smoking room.

Breakfast was little disappointing, menu was not various compared to the hotel price, especially egg station was really busy but only 1 staff was occupied for it, the staff kept burning the eggs and long waiting in front of the station as there is no serving service or ticket. Have to wait until my orders completed, very crowded that area mix with the people who get the food near there. Using the table number or serving service to the table would be great to prevent long waiting.

Hard to find the hotel like a resort in KL, it was the best choice. I used Subang airport with parents, is a great location closed to the airport. Used a taxi to go KLCC area and was quite easy. Facilities were good, quiet and spacious room.

I had my handicap mum in wheelchair and at first asked for a garden view. upon check in was given a room so far away, too far for wheelchair patient. Your staff was not sensitive to such customer..maybe too use to healthy golfer's.

Housekeeping was poor. Didn’t clean the room on time and we even had issues with basic amenities which was not sufficient on our first day

The location and the ambience

The location is not too convenient as it is quite far from anything, besides a nearby shopping mall (Citta Mall). There is shuttle service to some of the nearby malls but we did not try those as we were only there for a wedding dinner.

Hotel is large and has a rustic feel to it. Room is spacious and quite grand. One of the inner doors of the toilet was stuck, but a mechanic came within 5 minutes of us calling and fixed it.

The bathtub was not clean as there were hairs (like shaved hairs or cut hairs) in the bathtub. But small matter , I rinsed it out . Just a heads up to ensure the bathtub is really clean .

Everything was okay , room was clean and cozy . But a bit dark for me since there's no big lights , but it matches the ambiance vibe for relaxation. Bed was so cozy. Not a single sound pollution. Breakfast was okay. It was worth it to come here for a short getaway.
