The house was very clean and comfortable. N from the corridor is a seaview, makes me feel so calm. I love it 😍. And also easy access to restaurants, night market, massage place, and also motorcycle rental. For the next coming I will bring all my family. This house is really recommended for family types n friends.

The toilet door need a repair. The apartment pool not well maintain. The chair a bit broken. If you want breakfast need to go Teluk Bahang. This area only alive at night. Only one stall open early in the morning.

The apartment has two rooms in total. The first room has an attached bathroom, but there was an unpleasant odor, similar to urine, and the table in the room was quite dusty. The second bathroom is outside the room, but the shower head was missing—apparently broken by previous guests. I noticed the shower head left on the bathroom shelf, which seemed to be overlooked by the cleaner. I took a picture and informed the owner. The owner was very attentive and friendly, noting all the details I shared politely. She promptly addressed the issue, as she expected the apartment to be in spotless condition from her cleaner. She assured me she would follow up with her cleaning staff immediately.

This apartment is conveniently located right across from BayView and Hardrock Hotel. The check-in process is straightforward, with the added benefit of no deposit required—a great plus for guests. Situated on the 10th floor (with elevator access), the apartment offers a lovely view of the beach and stunning sunrise views. The living room is comfortable and inviting, and there are restaurants within easy walking distance. Ferringhi Walk is also just a 2-3 minute drive away.

Apartment outside look a bit not maintained. The apartment at Level 10, hence lot of bird but never disrupt the guest. Don’t park below tree otherwise kene bird poop. It would be nice if the host provide 3 in 1 coffee. Overall nice!!

We were on the 10th floor ,if you like birds ,there are lots between the appartements,some seem to be emtey,the sea is a bit cleaner further out of town

Don't judge a book by its cover really applies to this place. From the outside the apartment looks old but the apartment was fantastic. The place was very clean and the view from the balcony was excellent. Shops and eateries are also within walking distance. The host was also very helpful and friendly. She even allowed us extra time to check out without any charges. Will surely visit this place again.
