United KingdomThe storm meant that there was not enough seating for breakfast. In this situation it was not very organised and we were left waiting outside in the storm. There was no introduction to the resort upon check in in regard to facilities and activities.

Fantastic hotel. Good facilities. Nice rooms. Beautiful views. Staff were great. Small beach at hotel has many sealife. Good location to city etc. Free shuttle bus provided.

South KoreaWifi is very very slow and almost impossible to use. Anyone who will stay here, needs to use cellphone data via sim card.
Beautiful resort and Swimming pool but too old facilities. Location is very good. Staff is good enough. Breakfast was so so. Anyway this is not so cheap resort but facilities were too old and some of them is not working. And I booked 3 persons including my son but the amenity was served only for 2 persons. I cannot understand why the price was different when I booked for 2 p or 3 p. (Not about breakfast)

United KingdomIn need of updating. Very annoying the hotel has 6 restaurants but all the menus are the exact same. Pool lacks a snack bar or even a bar. The life guards DO NOT stop blowing their whistles. There needs to be signs to rinse your feet once you’ve left the beach rather than someone constantly tooting their whistle. We’re trying to relax. We stayed for 4 nights and that is plenty, was abit boring, entertainment is the same every night, same songs and same people.

Great resort - fabulous pool with plenty of shade. All staff were so friendly, even cleaners and pool staff. The breakfast buffet is simply incredible. Sunset is a dream - grab a cocktail at the outdoor bar and relax in the comfy lounge chairs, watching the sun go down. Fabulous lap pool and well appointed large gym with well maintained and working equipment. Provided with plenty of bottled water in our room and we were given some complimentary fruit which was lovely. Fabulous food options and cocktails. Loved the singers(& saxophonist) that played nightly - creates a lovely ambience in the area to have a quiet drink. This resort was just everything we could have wanted. Close to Imago (large shopping complex).

United KingdomCheck in was chaotic. This is a very large hotel, so at busy times more reception staff are required. Queued for about 30 minutes before being greeted. Must be said that the check in itself was fine once we eventually got to the front of the queue.
Lovely food and drinks at Al Fresco. Very nice room. Great location 10 minutes from the airport. Fabulous pool. Very nice breakfast.

United KingdomHotel is remote from town and alternative eating places, but Grab taxis are cheap and solve that problem. Check in was very slow and the initial room allocation by the pool was noisy, but receptionist very helpful changing it. Hotel is vast...not recommended if walking is a problem!
Very helpful staff. happy to move us from original room allocation when we complained about view, and very quick to fix dead light bulb. Beautiful views and quiet in the area we were moved to. Incredible breakfast buffet with endless choices. Allowed us late check out.

FinlandService really was not 5 star. Was not allowed to sit in the lobby bar without otdering even though it was almost empty. Had to give card for quarantee to be able to use room charge. Still had to pay right away when ordered pizza to the room. Had to ask again next day as our safety was locked open. Beach was really small.
Nice rooms and pool area. Great sunset. Great breakfast with lot to choose from. Bit far from the city but Crab is only 1 to 2 eur to city.
