For us, everything was ideal.

This was our second stay in the Landmark building. The view is simply stunning. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean and makes a perfect base a little out of Georgetown (but a very easy journey into the centre by Grab). Great shopping, food, supermarkets etc right on the doorstep. I wish we could have stayed longer and would return in a heartbeat.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The owner and staff were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The swimming pool is huge — perfect for relaxing or doing laps. The location is excellent, with many shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. Everything was convenient and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Penang!

1. Need glasses (instead of only mugs) for drinking. 2. The comforter (blanket) for the master room is too small for two persons.

Here are the feedback. The apartments were clean, comfortable and bright and all the accessories and equipment worked properly. Apart from this, the check-in and checkout process was simple and the support from the team at Landmark was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Landmark. The staff were super friendly from the moment we arrived, and we didn't have any issues throughout our one month stay there. The apartment itself was large, well equipped, and super comfortable, with fabulous views of the city and ocean! Also, the bathroom was small but good, with decent water pressure and temperature. We also loved the fact there was a gym on the 4th floor, which is equipped with everything you need. In regards to the location of the apartment, it's within walking distance to supermarkets and other amenities, and a 20-minute grab ride to Batu Ferringhi beach. Going downtown is a little further, but still a reasonably priced grab journey away!

There was no parking available when collecting the key. The security persons chase us out from the entry when we are collecting the key. The collection of the key can be improved.

The view and the scenery was great. The design of the room was very modern. The netflix was a great companion when we have running out of idea of where to go.

During check-out time, there were a lot of people around the lift. We waited for almost more than an hour for the lift. It would be better for visitors to arrange check-out at least an hour earlier to avoid the crowd.

The Lobby too far from main entrance, the hall way floor and corridor to our unit Was dirty. There is no garbish bin on every floor. Dining table so small.

We had an amazing stay at this homestay! The house was incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed, including items for our baby, which made our trip so much easier. The level of thoughtfulness and care provided was truly outstanding. I accidentally left my baby's bolster behind, and the management went above and beyond by helping to post it back to us free of charge. Their kindness and exceptional service made such a difference to our experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and family-friendly stay. The check in and check out process particularly managing the lock where the code is not easily legible plus the location of the lock box which is not friendly as it is at the lower level.

Waiting period for lift during check out time is no joke. We use the lift during that timing to go out and realised it was always full. Waited for 30 mins and we gave up waiting, and only going out after 12pm. So on the day of check out, we decided to leave property earlier to avoid the waiting time. Therefore my suggestion is to check out earlier to avoid the waiting time.

Overall experience was pleasant. - Clear instruction - Easy check in and check out process - Unit comes with kitchenette and washer, dryer is a plus - Netflix was available, another plus point since we stayed 3 nights - Nice view from balcony - variety of restaurants selection within walking distance from property - Responsive group who manage the property rental (whatsapp group was setup to allow communication ☺️)
