Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainYou have to pay a deposit of RM300 via an outside system; they say refundable within 24h after checkout but it took almost two weeks to get it cancelled at my credit card (albeit they sent me a screenshot of deposit refunded the day after) At checkout you are asked to send in a bank account for the deposit transfer using a Google Form, even if you paid it by credit card. Communication is complicated as they do not respond quickly via WhatsApp (sometimes takes hours to get back at you).

ThailandThe staff is the worst. Customer has to pay deposit for 30 ringgit without informed before while booking in website. Moreover, the staff was very slowly reply the message. At first, he told me that the deposit will be transfer back within 24 hours after check-out but I check out more than two days. They just reply my message. It was very, very, very bad experience.

Fairly spacious for 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen stove, Microwave oven, Washing machine and Dryer, and Refrigerator were all new and good. Showers were good, strong water pressure.

MalaysiaBathroom, water discharge very slow at the outlet so cause water ponding. Rubbish need to go to ground floor to throw, no rubbish collection daily, and the utility room at the floor is locked. Condo facility, but unfortunately, the service management of the building is not up yo standard.
The location is at the centre, and the new condo comes with a gymnasium and a nice swimming pool. The place is clean and lovely.
