Breakfast was good and delicious but it's nice if can make it more variety.

Worth every penny spent for this hotel. At the almost same price to other 5 star hotel, you get daily complimentary yoga, steam and sauna, gym, pool, magnificent view, amazing staff, serene and calm atmosphere. Welcoming drink.

perfect location, couldn't be better. only decent food within a 30 mins drive from Colmar village

Swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Hot water heater is the old type, need to turn the switch on 30 mins before bathing. Even so, sometimes when a lot of guests are using at the same time e.g. towards check out time, water is not hot.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff were friendly from check in to check out. Small movie theatre at night for guests. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful. Room was spacious, pillows provided was comfortable. The big pillow is something rarely matched by others.

The Wi-Fi was spotty, but I still had a great stay overall.

It was a lovely and relaxing experience. The location is beautiful — surrounded by nature with stunning views of the hills and lake. The environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for those looking to unwind. I really liked the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast had a decent variety and the air was fresh and cool, especially in the morning.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for renovation. However, we can use the swimming pool at Colmar but not that great.

Staff service was superb, especially by Daniyal, touring us around the hotel. Wide spread of breakfast buffet and the quality was excellent. Beautiful scenery, landscape, and architecture. Had a wonderful yoga session by Vanessa. Can go to Colmar by shuttle and a 5-min walk.

Lack of benches/shelfs in our room for luggage which we have to put on the floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Every staff we met greets us cheerfully with a big smile enquriing about out stay. Excellent housekeeping service. Extra bottles of mineral water were left in the room plus chocolate/cake during evening turn-out room service without us asking. The breakfast spread was good, and the food was delicious. The spa at the resort offered a variety of health and wellness services and we enjoyed their Swedish massage by well-trained masseurs.

The fact that food was really mediocre, super expensive for Malaysia and lack of activity. The neighbouring Colmar Tropicale restaurants and shops were very bad too, not maintained and not many options. It looked pretty sad to be honest

Its a beautiful property sits within the hills and serene as well. Very well maintained and all staff were very hospitable. Aesthetic enough for photos and family getaway
