Location and easy to access.

This is my second time stay at the same unit. Unfortunately the dining table still same. The dining chair is broken and not suit to sit on it. The wifi not functional.

only 1 toilet at upstairs. no room, just open hall. difficult to communicate with owner because no line in parking area. must register a car plate (hv give earlier but still didn't register). the 1M car park for visitor, difficult to find.. wifi internet not stable (or didn't connect?) also difficult to find parking with a number reference (because of this parking issue, i've received 'mess sticker' 'bout parking sh**....)

The living hall carpet is damp and smelly. Wifi not working. No water cooler.

I wasnt given this property but had waited almost 2 hours after check in time at mailroom for the key and access card that never arrived. Then a cleaner comes said the key is in other place so eill give other unit for the stay that is nothing like in the picture. No price difference but place was totaly different. DONT BOOK THIS UNIT.

Easy to find the building but feel like in maze runner once entering the gate. Spacious, clean and new room. Easier to get food or anything.

1. I GOT NO INSTRUCTION ABOUT HOW TO GET THE KEY, WHERE’ S THE PARKING LOT ETC. YOU DIDNT SEND ME THE INSTRUCTION BEFOREHAND IN WHICH YOU SHOULD. WHEN I ASKED AND CALLED YOU, YOU SPEAK NO MALAY AT ALL (OK FINE) BUT YOU ASKED ME TO FIND SECURITY GUARD INSTEAD SENDING ME THE INSTRUCTIONS???(GUARD SPEAKS NO MALAY AT ALL AS WELL). Thank god I found another family, we look for the key together like treasure hunt. 2 THE TELCO LINE / INTERNET IS HORRIBLE AT THE PARKING LOT. A HUGE HASSLE SINCE I GOT NO INSTRUCTION BEFOREHAND. A LITERAL HELL. THANK GOD I CAME WITH FRIENDS NOT MY FAMILY. LITERALLY NOT GOOD FOR OLD PEOPLE CAN RAISE YOUR BP! 3. THE KETTLE NOT FUNCTION :) 4. THE WASHING MACHINE ALSO LEAKING WHEN SPIN, moving and not really stick to the place when use. 5. YES, THE FURNITURES ARE FRAGILE. Careful if you have extra weight. Yes I am mad bcs I drove 8 hrs just to enter this maze.

The facilities provided is really good. The property person is also nice and helpful at giving guide. Its really comfortable. They also provide a residence parking and it’s really convenient.

Regarding safety, the door has only one lock. I hope you can consider to add more locks.

The house is nice and cozy. Look exactly like in the pictures given. the kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, kettle, microwave, cooking hob, and refrigerator. Free parking lot (owner provide video to access to the parking), easy access to the pools, Village Grocer and restaurants. The host is easy to be contacted. The aircond in the hall is cold enough to cool the 2nd floor.

1. There is no place for us to hang our wet clothes. Drying rack or towel rack in the bathroom would be better. 2. The parking signage in the building is quite confusing. 3. The elevators are so slow and very hot. 4. The dining table chairs are quite fragile.

This is my first time stay in Cyberjaya with all the available facilities. When I’m hungry, there’s a kitchen. When my clothes are dirty, there’s a washing machine with detergent available. When we’re bored, there’s Netflix provided. If the food runs out, I can buy more at the Village Grocer. If there’s a problem, the owner's representative will come to resolve it immediately. Strongly recommended.

The host is the most understanding and most kind yet also very effective in his responsibility. The place is just perfect for us, comfortable, clean and beautiful space. Wished i booked it for two nights! But when i wanted to add another night was already fully booked.. all in all the host made my hectic day, less stress eventho, it was a bit of a hectic and challenging day for me but the host was helpful and understanding..

Nothing

I like the equipment in the kitchen such as rice cooker,sharp knife,big pot,pan. It is lack of microwave but it's not a problem.

Distrub us every morning when we staying in the homestay,we just want to rest quietly and not be distrubing by anyone on this trip. I think yoy can prepare enough towel and tissue roll before we stay but not provide us at the morning while we sleeping. And the door only 1 lock is really not safe at all. The most terrible is the window can see inside from outside...Should be add curtain on it... feel very bad on this about the privacy

House is very cozy, clean and well organized. we enjoyed our stay watching netflix and chill with family. Very satisfying 👍🏻

Should have remind guest regarding plate number registration before check in. Instruction on finding parking not clear. was told parking at level 1, but actually level 1M

everything like the air cons, bed, kitchen and the concept of studio but has two floor which made the overall experience perfect.
