It is currently under construction at the lobby area which makes it hard to drop your luggage and pick up. Parking is full that we had to park outside. And the breakfast buffet area was also full and we hat to wait quite long to get a table.

The ongoing renovation that's taking place caused some inconvenience and many group activities which makes the hotel quite crowded.

The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Kids swimming pool was open but was not clean. There were renovation going on. A bit noisy in the day but night was quite.

Every staff attended was friendly and responded efficiently. Even an issue at bathroom was attended and fixed fast. The breakfast varieties, food was delicious. The room was clean and with room dining available. Tv has more access and pretty good in terms of giving travel info within kuantan and other accessibility. The lobby was huge with welcome drink to be self served. Cold towels to clean was give during check in. Bar is open only weekend but still can have alcohol at small pastry lobby.

Nice hôtel but could be better . The Fatima restaurant in the opposite is nice and local. The beach is Nice but we were too afraid of the sandfly warning ….the pool is good but the kids pool need to be cleaner. Kid club very Nice

The main lobby is still under renovation it required to climb up the stairs to reach the lobby. Other nearby attractions are required to travel by car. Ans also there are ATV service over the beach, find it a bit dangerous as i am bring a toddler to play by the beach.

There are few points i wasnt quite happy about; The staffs don't seem well trained - 1. One of the mug in the room was left with water , cleaner ddint not check thriugh the room. 2. Showel gel in bathroom wasn't filled up, it was empty when we use. 3. At breakfast point , as ussual i mentioned how many person we had , the list has shown 1 kid only and we had 2, the guy didnt know how to talk and ask me read myself ?! I explained to him i have added 1 more kid at reception, he can check with reception. Then he seem lost again. 😔 4.Our kids came up from swimming pool with half wet , we brought the towel from the room coz towel desk had no one to serve. Then the kids went to have breakfast with us, a lady stopped by saying wet clothes are not allowed indoor. We either have to play outside or change clothes, and towel desk do have towels. I said we will take the kids go back room and change, and the reason we bought our room towel bcos no one at towel desk. She seem like ignore our reason and repeated again her statement then ask us to go out with wet clothes . I was forced to repeat my action again.🙄 My point is the hotel staffs should be there listen and help us sort out instead of warn us in the beginning or ignore our concerns. And i didnt see any signs saying wet clothes not allowed, but its ok we were happy to change. I just wasnt happy with their attitude. As a 4 stars hotel, shouldnt the hoteln pay more attention to the staff training?

Strict enforcement needs to be applied for customers who have enjoyed at the beach to ensure there is no sand being transferred to the pool. Kids pool needs to be vacuumed on daily basis as full of sand though in early morning around 9-10am. The swimming pool must have an exposed drainage surrounded it to allow the swimmers to spill outside the pool. Understand the renovation on the lobby or foyer is in the progress, this must be completed ASAP as everyone complains to climb up the staircase. Not friendly for elderly or OKU.

The room is clean. What makes it different was the guy who works in the buffet breakfast treated us with free nice teh tarik after we queried on this menu which was not part of the menus. It was not just on a single occasion, the following day also being treated free despite we intend to pay for it.

the hotel exterior and some of the facilities were a little dated and felt a bit lower than expected. Granted they are doing alterations to the front of the hotel, I hope they take more care in the other parts of the property. It has so much potential.

Water pressure a bit low from hotel standard. Would be better if the pressure is a bit higher.

The location is not too far from Kuantan town. Plenty of restaurant around the hotel. The hotel is newly renovated and it looks nice and spacious. The room is also comfortable. The beach front is superb.

The ATVs, motorbikes, and to some point, cars which were allowed to enter the beach. It is such a sad sight and extremely annoying and dangerous to beachgoers. The hotel should report this to the relevant authorities; otherwise, the beach will be ruined in no time. -Sand flies!

The lobby is currently undergoing renovation until August (according to the friendly staff), but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all—everything else during my stay was absolutely superb.

I recently stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and was pleasantly surprised—spacious, cozy, and truly worth every ringgit. The beach and pool area were impressively clean, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. What really stood out was the newly decorated restaurant—it has a sleek modern Japanese vibe, and dining there with the stunning South China Sea as a backdrop was simply delightful. Although the lobby is still under renovation, it didn’t affect my stay at all. The staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting us with our luggage, and the spacious parking area made things so convenient. Location-wise, it’s a gem—just a short drive from some great local eateries. I was torn between staying here or another famous hotel somewhere near Teluk Cempedak, but I’m glad I chose this place. For the value, comfort, and experience, it was hands down the better choice.
