MalaysiaFirst of all, lift were not working. It was dissapointing since one of the main reason i took this room was because it has lift. And my room was given way up to level 3. The bed sheet has 2 minor blood stains and the pillowcases were not really clean. There were 2 opened coca cola cans in the mini fridge which shows that the room were not cleaned thoroughly that the cleaners did not throw away the can drinks.

MalaysiaWe didn't stay there because they didn't give us the room we booked and gave us the cheaper room and it was not clean, and the staff refused to help.. we asked for refund and the staff asked us to cancel online so that it will be considered as" we cancelled" and they have nothing to do with that.

AustraliaThe room was not well cleaned. There was used tissue on the floor behind furniture, dusty surfaces, dirty fridge, used body wash and toilet paper definitely not replaced for the next check in! I actually did some cleaning myself upon checking in.
