SingaporeDespite shower has a door to close for showering, the doors are not close fully and water are gathering on the drains including near the toilet bowl. Pillows were too soft which required at least 3 pillows to stack it.
Friendly staff, clean environment and room is spacious and comfortable. Came for anniversary and they decorated with balloons.

SingaporeWhen we checked in, the room that was originally assigned to us smelled like second hand cigarettes smoke. The hotel staff quickly gave us another room when we told them. There was no smell when we arrived. However, I still smell cigarettes smell occasionally in the new room so I am wondering if there is problem with the air con circulation that is bringing the smoke smell from other places?
Rooms are big and comfortable for the price. Service was great.

SingaporeI would have loved it even more if there are health, wellness & beauty facilities within the compound such as massage, pedicure and hairdressing services. It would be helpful for those who has no interest in driving out of the area while vacationing there.
Location was good for me. I like that the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Johor City life but yet, it is a very pleasant place to be in. There are lots to do and see.

SingaporeChecking in was a bit too slow. My sister had booked more than 5 rooms for a family gathering. Was promised by 4-5pm that the rooms we ready but until 7pm some of the rooms were still not ready. Mind you the rooms were for families with small kids, they were tired & agitated and were hoping to get to their rooms. I understand the peak timings for the check in time but to wait until 7pm was not good. We are paying a full amount for rooms & to check in so late is unfair for us. Other than that, the hotel restaurant was awesome in accomodating a huge request last min for our family gathering. Thank u to the restaurant for that.
Rooms were very clean and everything inside the the room works fine. Breakfast was good but can be better.

MalaysiaThe shower cubicle is a little too small. The door was misleading. The label was "pull" but can only push to open. It was a tight fit inside the shower cubicle especially when the door was suppose to be pull, to open. It was misleading.
The smart TV screen wasnt glaring. Complimentary drinks is a good add-on feature. The amenitis is good.
