Car Parking is in 7th floor.

The location is great because it's in the middle of Island (for me) and there is a lot of grocery and eatery downstairs.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The place was 15-20 minutes away from the George Town ferry station with Grab. The hosts sent all the necessary information about house rules, places to visit, and more in advance to make your life easier. The apartment has everything you need and more! There are also recreation options like a swimming pool, a gym, free streaming platforms, and a PS. We were so satisfied with the facility and communication with the hosts that we'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The parking. - Need to make numerous turns to reach the designated floor... Air-conditioner - One of the Air-con water is leaking and cause the floor wet which is very irritating.

The service is great! - Before our stay, they sent us all the details about the check-in details and reminder being sent before the day. Feel welcoming. - It was late at night, and we informed the staff on the faulty kettle, we received a brand new kettle the next day morning.

You will need to use Grabs to get to tourist attractions.

Amazing views, great pool in a compact apartment which is perfect for 2 persons. Great instructions on getting there and into the apartment which has everything you need. Small eating area (hawker) close by - would highly recommend- as well as Friday night market and even a dim sum place. In our 3 week Malaysia holiday this was one of the best places we stayed - it’s quiet!

The homestay helper is extremely helper, friendly and excellent listeners to comments and humble. I Will never forget when I forgot my wallet in the room and went to the aeroport, they have noticed and sent a message via WhatsApp. Every thing was there. they are Great indeed and they are a true family in need. Thank you from the depth of my heart. I will return insha Allah.

Second bedroom is quite small

It's a bit far from Georgetown but the Grab rides were cheap. 23rd floor was a bit of a challenge for those with vertigo.

The location is somehow far away from the town. If you don't mind the travel to and from old town, then I recommend this accommodation - you won't find a similar one with all the amenities that an apartment has in Georgetown.

Check-in instructions were clear and can always reach out to them anytime via WhatsApp. They managed to check us in earlier too. Location is a bit out of the way from Georgetown proper, but there is a bus stop across the petrol station that takes you to the main town for about 30mins. Very accessible via Grab as well but due to its location, might need to wait for 5-10mins for it to arrive. There's also Friday night market (which is bigger than that of Georgetown) along the road across the apartment. House was neat and tidy and has everything we need. They have washing machine with dryer as well, which is handy so we don't need to spend for laundry services anymore and can just do it ourselves. They've provided laundry powder too!

Too bad I couldn’t use the dryer. For location wise, it is quite far to my destination, but it was solved by Grab. Unfortunately took a quite some time to order (maybe due to long weekend, traffic jam).

The apartment is clean, neat, and nicely decorated. It comes with complete facilities, which made my stay very convenient. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. It was a great experience.

The ramp access to the upper level parking bays is a bit narrow, hence if driving big cars, it is challenging to manoeuvre the ramp. However, the staff did inform in their guide note about this matter prior to check-in, and advised to park at the Ground level or street parking if driving big cars / MPVs.

The staff were very helpful in guiding on the introduction and check-in process into the property.

Apartment is (as previous reviews) very compact. Only provide 2 spoons (for 3 people staying), no teaspoons and dryer on washing machine doesn't work. Bathroom a bit mouldy, lino floor in lounge ripped and tatty.
