How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Although the hotel is located in a strategic location, it still requires some walking.
Customer services are good. I appreciate that they provide a shutter van to the mall. Upon request, they arrange a shutter for me to the airport. As a solo traveller, it is helpful to provide such services for me.

The location of the hotel is near to a lot of convenient stores, restaurants and mall. But the area is not very clean, while waiting for lift to go up to lobby I saw huge rat running behind the restaurant near to the lift. And, night the surrounding is quite.
Everything with the stay within the hotel area is good.

Check out time for late comers should be given flexibility if a guest checked in very late around 11.00pm and asks for a bit later to check out such as up to 2.00pm. They only gave us til 12.30pm.

The room's floor can be slippery when wet and to enhance air conditioning, it needs to be set to the highest power. Parking outside costs $RM6 per night, but it appears secure with a security hut. Despite road noise, a good night's sleep is still possible. However, the small stairs in the room might pose difficulty for older people.
The hotel experience was excellent, featuring a quick and easy check-in. Despite its simplicity, the hotel boasted a wonderful ambiance, with clean lobby, room and toilet facilities. Room 314, conveniently close to reception, offered easy accessibility. The shower was impressive, providing perfect hot water and strong pressure. The well-maintained room included a fridge and essential toiletries. The water pressure and shower head created a relaxing atmosphere, complemented by room curtains. Smooth check-out was experienced and the king-size bed, fluffy pillows and amenities like a hairdryer, smart TV with Netflix and fast wifi ensured a comfortable stay. The hotel's location, not far from Imago Mall, allowed for a convenient five-minute drive or a 15 minute walk. Ground floor restaurants and additional amenities in the lobby, such as a clean bathroom, microwave and cozy seating, added to the overall positive experience.

I booked a family room. The room size is good but quite empty with no table and chairs. The bathroom drainage was poor.
Value for money, many choices of food downstairs.

the landlord charges parking per entry which makes the e-hailing driver not very wiling to drive in to the hotel to pick you up and they will instead u have to quite a distance to the parking entrance which is a bit inconvenient.

No wardrobe and the room has stairs. Not much space to move around inside the room.
The check-in was a breeze. There was only one staff at that time and she was friendly and smile most of the time. We love the super cleanliness of the rooms including bathrooms. Although bit small but everything is conveniently located like the bar and the bathroom. Just watch out for the stairs - not user-friendly for people with disabilities. Overall we love the rooms and the location.

The hand towel had a foundation makeup mark on it and it was supposed to be clean upon checking in. One of our room's toilet door couldn't close properly and the fan ventilator in the toilet was loud. Wi-fi was very slow and the smart tv didn't work well but it was no biggie for us since we were there to look around.
The location was great! Lots of eateries at the bottom of the hotel. Lots of parking spaces too. We were lucky to get a parking space near the hotel lift. The staff were kind and helpful. You could actually walk to Imago Mall from this hotel.
