Good location with the easiest connection to the Mall that makes everything very convenient. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff (Vera at check-in, Rais at concierge) and all the security were very polite, helpful and always had a smile!

Overcrowded everywhere,including lifts and facilities.

1. The front desk doesn't have the welcome touch to guests 2. The Causeway cafe is overwhelming, need to hire more help to 3. Food choice is cold and lack of varieties for guest who stay 3 nights in a row

Bathroom was a bit smaller than expected.

A good size room, comfortable, excellent Wifi, good breakfast spread & helpful, friendly cafe staff. Location is excellent....next to Mall. Security staff are pleasant & ready to lend a hand if needed.

The shopping hours should be later or at least the massage hours can be extended to midnight. So that shoppers can go after their shopping.

Housekeeping didn’t clean the room until we asked them to. We returned to an uncleaned room at 5pm and it was a little disappointing, as it’s a four-star hotel.

Spacious with great views of the city, very convenient to get to Mid Valley Mall, and there’s a Gigi Coffee just right below at the lobby. The rooms were also generally clean!

First time a hotel i stayed in with toothpaste in packet and toothpaste is watery, I have to buy myself. How come a hotel with this price did not provide a proper toothpaste? The variety of breakfast was not as good before which I stayed previously. The staff in the causeway cafe was slow to clear the used plates on the table. The standard of service and facilities of the hotel had dropped tremendously since my last stay.

The breakfast on the 28th floor Not much choice plus the pastries were all stale I could even cut it so hard and the buffet spread was all cold The staff there was not knowledgeable I was very disappointed Paying for a suite not worth it

Carpark area is not private or guarded. Security is of high concern for all guest. A reserved and block off carpark area for guest is necessary. Gym is quite sparse, no treadmill, rowing machine!

There were a lot of breakfast choices, but nothing really stands out for me. Was hoping for Malaysia's snacks, like kueh.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Very convenient with direct access to mall. The hotel feels secure even though is in a mall. All the staff were friendly and helpful, even the security guards.

Nothing about the property but I do hope to see a better variety for the hotel breakfast. Local delights were good however the international deal has room for improvement eg pancakes, and waffles and bread selection. I rather they make the breakfast optional

Cleanliness can be better. Got a strand of hair on pillow upon check in. The pillow is too thin and I sprained my neck over 2 nights. Thankfully massage service is nearby.

Integrated with mall and very convenient to shop and get items. Buffet spread is good and tasty. Dinner buffet should remove nasi lemak, which is available in breakfast.
