MalaysiaThere is a lift. But to get to the lift, on the ground floor, there is no ramp. One will need to go up a few steps to reach the lift. Not suitable for wheelchair bound patrons. The room is small, not a big problem but can be claustrophobic. The toilet is very narrow. And the toilet floor can be slippery.

MalaysiaWe were relocated to its branch in PJ. Very frustrating!! Fortunately, we got two rooms at no extra charges. Alhmdllh. I called the hotel right after my booking had been confirmed by booking.com & the staff who answered at that time acknowledged it too. Unfortunately when we got there, our room had not been reserved. The staff at the front desk told us that all their rooms were occupied and that the staff who received our call didn't mention about our booking, PLUS she should've known that no rooms were available for the day. I really wondered how that particular staff could be that inefficient. OR, maybe the one serving us at the front desk was the one who didn't check properly and gave away our room, while putting the blame on her colleague since she wasn't there to defend herself. Because I did call to make sure my booking got thru & that the family room was available.
The branch in PJ was OK..👍🏼 A good food court nearby opened till 1.00am, therefore having a late dinner/supper was not a problem. The relocation was smooth, greeted by friendly smiling staff there. The only setback was that we were given separated rooms quite far apart, on opposite ends of the floor.
